We found this charming townhouse as wonderful launchpad for an evening in downtown SLC. The unit was clean, well done and appointed. Owners were pleasant and very responsive to any questions we hade.

Very nice accommodations! Very clean, comfortable. Great location- convenient to downtown and walking distance to several coffee shops and breakfast spots. Also walking distance to Liberty Park. We enjoyed our stay!

The location was ideal for us and the townhouse was bright, clean, roomy with all the amenities we needed. We would definitely rent again if the occasion arises.

This property was great for our long weekend. Kitchen was well-equipped. Bathrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. Location is nice. Really nice coffee shop next door and down the street from various restaurants. Area appears to be in transition though. Very comfortable stay for 5 people. Really appreciate the garage.

Cute space and really clean. Great little coffee shop around the corner and a fun breakfast place a few blocks away. Cute little boutique shops close too. The "center" of 9&9 district is about 15-20 minute walk-- check out NoNos pizza place (so good!!) and the smoothie shop behind No-No's. Super easy drive to University. Loved the mountain view from one of the upstairs bedrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is great as it was myself and my 2 girls. Nice having the garage for our car. The area is a mix of really cute boutique, artsy area (Maven District) and then almost industrial (car lots). Took several walks and even in busier areas, felt safe. Liberty park was about 15 minute walk Id say. They had a nice farmers market Friday or Saturday at Liberty which was fun to check out. Check in and check out were easy.

The property was beautiful and clean. It was convenient to have a1/2 bath on the main level. Close to the convention site.
Our only issue was all the stairs.

Was a great stay . Very cozy ,clean, and close to downtown. A Garage ! I mean for real ? super awesome . Even the Street parking was doable with my big cargo van. I had a friend stay with me for a trade show we were attending. It was really nice to have each room with its own bath ! I just love this liberty park area too. The management company really does a good job of keepin this place nice and making you feel at home.

Super clean, tons of space and we loved having a garage for the car and bikes. Located in a funky neighborhood which is reminiscent of Boulder in the 90's, there are tons of terrific restaurants and bars nearby. Nice having a small deck for our morning coffee too. We'll definitely be back!

Great location and walking distance to places to eat and there is even a brewery that is less than a two minute walk. Unit was clean and comfortable. We did not spend much time in the unit as we spent most of our time sightseeing. Will stay here again for our next trip.

Double car garage, townhome on the alley side of building therefore motorcycles coming and going from "clubhouse" two houses down in the alley. Didn't get a good nights sleep and this was on a Sunday-Monday. Would not suggest walking around area at night but great shops and restaurants up the street on Harvey Milk Blvd. with a car. Super close to airport which is why we picked it and proximity to downtown sightseeing.

This is a great apartment and exactly as listed. Me and my sister stayed here for a week-long vacation that had us touring SLC, Western Utah, Park City, and the surrounding area. It's very well appointed with all the amenities we needed for our stay, to include TVs in each of the bedrooms for when you want some privacy.
It was spotlessly clean, communication with the owner was timely and easy, and it even has a patio/deck to have your morning coffee and watch the sun come up in the West.
The location is perfect with numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries around the corner or a few blocks up the street in either direction. Liberty Park is just up the street too and a great place to walk or do a morning workout. You also have easy access to downtown, public transportation, and the freeways if you're looking to go beyond the city and hit other parts of the surrounding area.
Really enjoyed our stay, loved the vibe of the neighborhood, and if we ever come back through the area, I'll be looking to re-book here.

This townhouse was pristine and had everything we needed for our short stay. The location was great and perfect for our needs. We loved having the garage and that made access to the unit very easy for all of us. Great vegan bakery, breakfast taco and cookie store just around the corner. Highly recommend this rental!

This beautiful townhouse was perfect for us. Immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, spacious, warm, comfortable and in a great location. The integral garage was a bonus. We would highly recommend and would certainly stay here again if we return to SLC.

I couldn't give a 5 star because the next door neighbors were screaming obscenities all night. And on top of that, behind the place and across the street there is a motorcycle club. A club of a bunch of old men drinking, yelling and revving their motorcycles all night (1am, 3am, 4am and 6am). So we didn't sleep. But other than that, it was great! ;)
