We had a great family get away to Mystic. The house was clean and tidy. The fenced in yard was a great bonus with our dog. Communication with the host was great and he was very quick to respond. We loved the video he shared with what to do in Mystic. Overall a great place!

Clean and Comfy! Place was spotless. Beds were super comfortable! Nice, extra unexpected provisions. Hosts were great at communication. Yard was very nice. Not far from downtown. Definitely stay again!!!

This property absolutely perfect. Everything in the listing was accurate. Communication was quick and painless. We wanted to take a weekend with our 2 dogs, one who is diagnosed with cancer, and create some lasting memories. Our weekend in Mystic was everything we needed and more. The house was centrally located so it was quick trip to Main Street for shopping & dining. Beaches and parks are close by too. I highly recommend this listing for your next weekend getaway. We had the absolute best experience. Clean , quiet area ( even though it is in close proximity to major attractions) highly recommend and will absolutely book again . My family had a difficult time saying goodbye when it was time to return home .

This home is perfectly located within waking distance from town and was just right for our family of 4 plus our dog. The fenced in yard allowed us to bring our dog with us on our family vacation. We all enjoyed sitting on the deck, grilling and relaxing after a long day enjoy all the area has to offer! Can’t wait to go back!

This house has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. My wife, puppy and I stayed for three nights and would definitely return. The fenced in backyard was big hit with the fog. The place was very clean. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Mystic you will be very happy choosing this property.

We were looking for a quiet escape to regain our sanity after a rough couple of months. This was the place. It had everything we needed and then some. One of the biggest plusses for us was the fenced in yard so that we could relax outside and let the dog go off leash. We had a couple of questions when we first got there, and Tyler answered them in a matter of minutes. There is also a very helpful visitors guide for those people who want to get out and explore, we tried a couple of the highlighted venues and weren't disappointed in the least. Very thoughtful hosts. I can be picky about places but this one was very clean and nicely decorated. Appreciated the thoughtful touches like plug ins at bedside and snacks for kids. Beds and pillows were newer. Cute yard. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway in Mystic and loved our stay here! My husband and I went with our almost 2 year old and our dog. The house was really cute and clean! We slept comfortably in the downstairs bedroom and enjoyed the outdoor space as well - huge plus that the yard is fenced in so we could let our dog out! The location is great, you can walk to downtown Mystic and it’s just a quick drive to other attractions like the aquarium.

My husband, 3 young kids and dog had a great stay at this house. It is walking distance to downtown Mystic, and a short drive to other area attractions like the aquarium and some local hiking trails. The house was well stocked, clean, and very comfortable. The large fenced in yard was a huge plus, both for the dog and the kids! The host was very responsive and friendly to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this house for other travelers, and hope to one day return myself!

We had a great time staying at Tyler's property in Mystic. He was super helpful and communicative in advance, answering any questions we had. The house was very clean, and very well stocked with things you need to feel at home while away! Lots of cooking supplies (pans, spatulas, etc.) and really feels like a home that you can get comfortable in, rather than a hotel. We also LOVED the super soft and cozy mattresses. Sitting outside on the porch at the table, and enjoying the swing was the perfect way to enjoy the fall weather. The house is also walking distance to downtown, and we were able to take an Uber to farther locations when needed. Highly recommend and would happily return to this home!

Host very accessible, home very clean, close to downtown mystic; walk about 1 mile or less. Bed and pillows very comfortable,fenced in backyard with nice deck to sit outside, great when traveling with a dog. Totally stocked with everything you could possibly think of. Kudos to Tyler and Hope.

I had the great pleasure of staying at this house with two dear friends for a girls weekend - it was perfect - the house was so clean and well stocked and we all had our own bedroom. We also had lots of fun with the board games! The deck and backyard were lovely. We walked into downtown Mystic and it was an easy walk and we were in the heart of town in 10 minutes! I would recommend this house to anyone! We thoroughly enjoyed the house, location and Mystic!!

This was the perfect house for our Mystic getaway. Our party included 4 adults and our goldendoodle. We couldn’t believe how well stocked the home was with toiletries, kitchenware, etc. The location was so convenient to downtown and really most of what the town has to offer. Looking forward to planning another trip in the future. Thanks Tyler and Hope for being very thoughtful and accommodating hosts.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property, it was a small group of girls looking for a quick summer getaway and it was perfect. It was nice and clean, and the air conditioning was a must for the heatwave we came in. Close to town with a nice yard and communal space for everyone to hang out and relax. Would stay again!

We had 2 adults, a 2 year old and 2 dogs. We all enjoyed the home. Our dogs especially loved the fenced in yard. Short distance to downtown Mystic. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Our daughter loved the snacks that were left for us and we enjoyed the coffee. Would come back to this house again if we decide to visit Mystic in the future.

Love staying in this quaint cottage at the top of the hill. So convenient to everything. Walking distance to shops/restaurants/bakeries/attractions. Quiet backyard to relax in in the evening.

This was a great rental house. The owners added some neat extra touches like snacks and coffee. Location was great, walkable to downtown mystic. They had a nice selection of games, movies, video games for when not out and about. Our dog loved the fenced in yard.. It is not easy to find a place so pet friendly and also so nice. Great hosts!

Tyler's home was perfect for our girls weekend, with plenty of space to sleep 4 adults and all the necessary amenities. It was also close enough for us to walk to downtown Mystic to avoid dealing with parking there. We did encounter a fair amount of bugs in the house (large ants, spiders) which was bad because all of us are afraid of killing them :) I also thought there could be better instructions on using the TV/Netflix that was promised, and the sofa bed doesn't seem to be there anymore - it was just a regular couch. Otherwise all good.
