Clean tidy lovely staff

It says it’s villa joey but not on booking.com so I couldn’t find it for over a hour needs changed plus the address takes u 2 500m down the road not a good experience after driving for 2 hours to get there also I told her I wanted to leave early so they locked the gate even after telling her I wanted to leave early no staff was there the security guard heard me shouting as I was frustrated that she totally ignored what I said I understand it’s needs to be secured but I specifically told her I get up at 5.30 am because of the roasters n Muslim music yet still locked the gate

Bien mais lorsque l'on dit 8h00 pour le petit déjeuné ,on était servi à 8h30 .....

La gouvernante de la résidence nous a facturé le prix de la location du scooter à un montant plus élevé que ce nous avions souscrit sur le contrat 150 000 Rp au lieu de 100000 Rp ... (les scooters blanc et noir sont les mêmes) J'ai cassé un verre et on demandait 100 000 Rp pour un verre ....

Best staff team we've ever had! Welcoming, friendly and helpful in any way :-) Very good personalizable breakfast. Other offerings such as cloth washing and scooters were pleasant. Good location close to the city center and motoGP court

The villa staff were so lovely and helpful. I was coming and going at early hours to surf and they always had security there to let me in/out. The bed was super comfy and the breakie every morning meant I didn’t have to go out looking for breakfast. It isn’t a brand new property but it’s very comfortable. It had a fridge, hot and cold water cooler, fans as well as air con and a couch area.

amazing interior and garden design. very clean. staffs were very kind and helpful. one even drove me to the beach and offered picking me up. from the pool you have a beautiful view to the valley

it is a bit further away from the restaurants close to the beach. but with a bike, took only few minutes drive

By far my favourite stay in Lombok. 5 min away from Kuta. Staff are amazing and the room is fantastic.

This was the best stay of our complete holiday. Nothing is too much and Rumi makes sure that everyone will have their own perfect holiday. Highlight of the stay was the dinner prepared by Rumi in the villa. Highly recommended.

The property is beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are very clean and the staff is nice. They serve delicious breakfast with fresh fruit juice or smoothies.

We booked a villa with sea view, when we arrived, it ended up that we are actually getting a double room instead of a villa and that the pool/terrace and all outside area will be shared with other guests. We addressed this complaint to the manager but they refused to change the information they have on their page. Before booking them, you have to be aware that you will not get the entire villa but a double room and will have to share some facilities with others. The property itself is great but they don’t have the accurate information on their page and refuse to change it probably to attract more guests. Also, the villa is a bit on the outskirts of the town, so if you don’t have a motorbike be ready to pay for taxi whenever you need to get to the town.
