It was good value and had a central location. It also had air conditioning, which was very appreciated in mid-September!

We couldn't open the windows since it was over the train station. Also, be prepared to climb a few stairs.

It is a good stay in Vernazza. The room has very good facilities and the personel is very helpful. It has good lighting and the beds are very comfortable.

The location just by the train station because it means very loud trains passing by from 6 am till almost 1 am.

quirky and roomy with good facilities. ask about the switch for hot water. tv did not pick up a signal. trains going by hardly noticeable with the double glazing.

The property was really close to the station, the room was quite clean.

The property was just next to the railway line and was impossible to sleep. The window of the room was also on the Main Street of the town and this made it noisy as well. Moreover the room was on the 3rd floor with really narrow and steep staircase that could be difficult for an old person.

This is my 3rd stay at this place! Location is fabulous! Your own terrace! Great view of the street below. The staff are super friendly and helpful and even carried our bags up to the room for us . It's clean, has enough cookware and kitchen utensils to cook a decent meal, beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works well.

The only thing that might be a problem for some people are the stairs. Very narrow and steep. 54 steps, 4 flights up. Of course, most of Vernazza IS stairs so this shouldn't be too surprising. People should also be aware that the terrace is right above the train station. I find this CHARMING and part of the unique feel of this place but some people might not like it

Good location in the main street of Vernazza, by the train station. We were afraid there would be a lot of noise from the trains, but actually since the windows have good sound isolation the noise was not that bad. Check-in was very easy: they were very helpful and met us on the train station. There was instant coffee and tea available, which was helpful for making our own breakfast. The balcony was nice for having breakfast.

We had no hot water available for shower during the evening because the water heating system was turned off - this was very discomfortable and a major negative feature.

The apartment is nice, comfortable and clean in a very central location. The lady that handled us the key was also very nice and kind.

Incredibly close to the train station, literally as close as you can get, so bring ear plugs. The door is open down stairs, and the lock to the room is quite simple so not the safest setup. When the upstairs neighbors come in you can hear them very well.
