Cet appartement de deux chambres de niveau inférieur récemment rénové est à distance de marche de l'un des endroits les plus chauds de Grand Rapids, Bridge Street! Une cuisine lumineuse avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, garnie de café et d'un Keurig. Un salon et salle à manger à aire ouverte avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle. L'allée et le stationnement dans la rue sont disponibles, et l'enregistrement automatique via une serrure intelligente rendra votre séjour facile et agréable!

CUISINE
Comprend un Keurig avec une variété de café ordinaire et décaféiné, des crémiers Coffee-Mate et du thé. Un grille-pain, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cuisinière et réfrigérateur. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et manger est disponible; argenterie, assiettes, bols, tasses, tasses, casseroles et poêles, etc.
SALON SALLE À MANGER
Une télévision connectée avec accès à Hulu et Disney +. La table à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes. Pendant les mois d'été, une unité de climatisation de fenêtre sera dans le salon.
DES CHAMBRES
Chacun a un lit queen. Une chambre a un dressing avec espace de rangement pour les vêtements. La deuxième chambre a une table de nuit avec deux tiroirs pour ranger les vêtements. Il y a un matelas pneumatique queen dans le dressing qui peut être gonflé dans le salon.
SALLE DE BAINS
En plus des nécessités, il y a un sèche-cheveux et une petite poubelle avec des articles souvent oubliés (dentifrice, brosses à dents, shampoing et nettoyant pour le corps).

Les clients peuvent se garer dans la voie de gauche de l'allée ou dans la rue.

Great space!
We are full time travelers and stayed at this property for a month. As someone who has lived in a lot of old houses, and even remodeled a few, this was a great place!! Up to date, spacious, well laid out. The kitchen was large and had basics for cooking (dishwasher was a plus!). Off street parking was great, beds were comfortable and linens high quality. We stayed the month of July and, even with just a portable ac in the living room, it wasn't bad (every room had fans). We didn't even need to turn on the ac at all during the day, but did when we slept. There may be elephants that live upstairs 😀 but walking was all I heard (no voices, tv, music, etc). That's rare even in newer apartments. There are a few places you can walk to in the neighborhood, but nothing is more than 5-10min drive. The minimals cons: It would be nice to have a dresser or shelves, etc in the closet. There's no real place to put your clothes. TV wasn't the best.

That was my main request.
It is located so close to the highways and all kinds of facilities nearby. Owner was awesome.
Absolutely would recommend this home to anyone.

Clean, updated apartment close to highways. Easy to check in and check out. Air conditioning in bedrooms would make the stay better in the summer months.

Only one comment that would have made things perfect is more toilet paper. We were given 2 rolls for 4 women on a 3 day stay. We ran out on Sunday morning. Other then that, things were great!

Adorable Flat Close to Everything
The check in and key process was very easy. The apartment looks just as it does in pictures. Very clean and super cute decor. We brought our bikes and could easily ride anywhere we wanted to go in GR. Be sure to check out the Mitten Brewery and Order a Pizza Flight!
Our only (very minor) complaint was that the furniture wasn’t super comfortable, but we didn’t spend much time sitting around anyway.

Beautiful, charming home, remodeled in old downtown area- the owners are easy to talk with, loved the vibe!

Good for the price
House was clean but definitely hot and stuff in bedrooms (one AC unit in living room only). Not the best neighborhood so we decided to Uber to downtown even though we initially got the house to be able to walk downtown. House was easy to access and host said they were available if we needed them, which we didn’t, because they gave good direction on checkin process etc. Overall stay was “ok”.

Just what we needed!
Our stay was very pleasant! The property was wonderful. We have a young toddler so having access to a full kitchen was something we really needed for breakfast time, storing snacks and milk. Also having a spacious place to play while we weren't out, made the transition of not being home very easy for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Modern Twist on Old Fashion Charm
Modern twist on old fashion charm. Nice renovation in an older home that had and eclectic mix of old style architecture, finishes and lighting and contemporary furnishings. It had a very comfortable, spacious and homie feel. A very quick drive to several fun city places to visit, dine and shop. Would recommend it to family and friends without hesitation. Hoping to come back again.
