Die Lage ist bescheiden, in der näheren Umgebung ist einfach nichts mehr. Schade eigentlich Für Europäer ist das schlechte Benehmen der zahlreichen Chinesen sehr befremdlich. Die Tischmanieren sind unglaublich unterirdisch, aber da kann ja das Hotel nichts dafür.

This is my brother's vacation place as the kids enjoy their stay here all the time. Angsana never fails us every time we visit. Once a year must visit vacation to take a break away from work and busy life to chill here.

Service are excellent, room condition are good as well, better than expectation , sea view for all rooms and you may enjoy beach activities in front of hotel

Location are kind of sub urban, have to drive or either call for a car to the town area for convenience store or snacks other than the restaurant in hotel, sound insulation wasn’t good enough at night

The only nice thing is the seaview

1. While there was a variety of options for breakfast, the taste did not meet our expectations. It was not representative of Penang's culinary standards. 2. We noticed that some of the staff, particularly those serving breakfast, seemed reluctant to assist and appeared unhappy. Additionally, one of the receptionists on the morning shift spoke in a manner that came across as rude and prideful. 3. We observed that the room cleaning process could be improved. For instance, we saw a cleaner using the same brush for the toilet bowl and the seat, which raises concerns about hygiene practices. Proper training for the cleaning staff might be beneficial. 4. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, we experienced the smell of smoke when neighboring guests smoked on their balconies. Even with the sliding door closed, the smoke still entered our room. It would be helpful if the room design could address this issue.

By far one of the most pleasant stay ive ever had in Penang. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, we had a balcony with seaview. The air conditioner was also functioning so well. Not a lot of kids were there hence it’s very suitable for honeymoon. The facilities and amenities are great as well. The breakfast was various & delicious as well. The staff there were great, polite, friendly and helpful as well, especially Anis, which she checked me into the room. Her personality was very pleasant, very helpful in terms of helping us finding good places to eat. They were also very considerate by catering to my last minute request to put up a honeymoon decoration, even though it was last minute, but they managed to attend to my request. Thank you so much that.
