Έχω μεινει κ άλλες φορές στο Βόλο . Το δωμάτιο είχε την καλυτερη τοποθεσία που θα μπορούσε ακριβώς ανάμεσα στη παραλία και τη πλατεία . Τα πάντα σε απόσταση λεπτού . Το δωμάτιο καθαρό , άνετο κ καλαίσθητο δεν του έλειπε τπτ . Μεγάλο δωμάτιο , μπάνιο και μεγαλη ντουλαπα που προσωπικά θεωρώ ατού γιατί δεν γίνεται το κλασικό <<τσαντίρι >> που βλέπει το μάτι στα δωμάτια με τις βαλίτσες και σε κουράζει

Η ντουζιέρα στο μπάνιο θέλει κάποια ρύθμιση . Γενικά το κέντρο του Βόλου έχει μεγάλο πρόβλημα πάρκινγκ γιατί παντού απαγορεύεται . Δε βρήκαμε καμία μέρα στα δημοτικά πάρκινγκ .- βέβαια ήταν Χριστούγεννα και ούτε φταιει το δωμάτιο σ αυτό. Να υπολογίζετε 20-27€ τη μέρα ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ για ν παρκάρετε κοντα αλλιώς για για να παρκάρετε στο δρόμο 10-12 λεπτά περπάτημα . Είναι όμως όλα τόσο δίπλα που το αυτοκίνητο θα το χρειαστείτε μονο για κάποια εκδρομή

the owner of the apartment is very friendly, he called to ask if everything is fine with us and if we need anything. He was always in touch for any questions. The apartment is new, comfortable, spacious, clean with new furniture and smells good. There is everything you need for personal hygiene. Also: water, coffee and tea. The apartment is located in the very center, there are many cafes and shops nearby. The sea is 200 meters away and can be seen from the balkon. Although the apartment is in the center, it was quiet. A great place to relax or work. I absolutely love it. Excellent service

Centrally located apartment - very convenient if you would like to stay near the port and the heart of the city. Nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. The flat is really nice and reflects what you see in the pictures 100% . Very spacious and recently renovated - makes it a much better choice than the old hotels near by. The host was really helpful and contacted us during our stay to assist in any queries that we may have had. Check in and check out are easy and uncomplicated. I would definitely recommend this apartment for couples or/and friends stay.

Parking could be difficult in the area, but this would have been the case if we had stayed in any other hotel/apartment in the city centre. Agios Konstantinos park could be a good choice for parking. Check in/out could have been more flexible in hours, but due to covid -19 extra cleaning measures was understandable.

It is a central location, within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. However, the nightlife near the apartment continues until quite late, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. There was a great coffee maker with coffee pods and water in the fridge.

Perhaps there could have been some written instructions for using the washing machine.

Excellent location! Sparkling clean ! The host was very friendly and the girl taking care of the place was extremely helpful! We will definitely come back 🙏
