The breakfast was worse than free breakfast offered at homeless shelters. Check-in process was extremely cumbersome. One customer was made to wait for 3 hours to check-in because the hotel suddenly decided to go against their stated policies and demand a deposit. Also, despite giving multiple instructions, the hotel gave the final invoice to the customers instead of the trip host.
Breakfast (horrible spread, only bread jam and egg). Check-in was too long and cumbersome despite sharing all details before. Check-out was botched up despite multiple instructions. The property also did not return my deposit money worth RM 200. They still owe us that.

The room was spacious and light with an adequate storage area. Toiletries, slippers, and a decent hairdryer are included. Tea/coffee making facilities are available with a water dispenser on each floor. There are plenty of options for food, coffee, juice etc all within walking distance of the property.
The staff were all extremely helpful and polite. I checked in here twice throughout my trip and would stay again if I return to Tawau.

the room 202 is too near to the entrance, can’t sleep well when people keep going in and out. too noisy as the level is second floor with balcony and it’s connected to other rooms. no lift. not bright enough int the room.

1. sound proofing could be improved. I was given room 101 which is near the main entrance to all rooms. I could hear people going in and out, the noises from door opening and closing, and people talking on the walkway.
2. the hot water shower label was turned around. I turned to cold water but it was actually the hottest setting. It can be a disaster because hottest setting is marked as C (cold). Someone whos not aware could get burnt easily.

So clean..good staff..smell good once u reach the hallway of hotel room..so recommended and very worth of money🤩♥️..got so many restaurant ,also got Guardian for toiletteries if u need..😁
