Well located in a nice area with lots of restaurants. The place is very clean with basic amenities. There is a dryer and washing machine available with detergent.

There was no elevator. Futons and pillows were very thin so it almost felt like sleeping on the floor. We requested an extra futon and pillows but these were not available.

We liked the ease of check in. The property's location is great. Everything was within walking distance. It was a great community to be at.

The toilet was so small and tight. I kept hitting my head, knees and elbow everytime I used the toilet. Also, there was no English instructions on how to operate the washing machine.

Close to metro, supermarkets, convenient stores. Quiet and clean room.

Face and bath towels are not up to the standard. They are supposed to be clean and white, but they already turned grey and thin. We are elders, but we had to climb several flights of stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage. The toilet is too small for Asian, let alone Caucasian. The futons are not comfortable.

This place was located in a great spot within a quite community between two separate subway stations which were 5 min walk either way. The host was really polite and provided easy instructions for collecting the key and running appliances.Plenty of Lawsons and Family Mart close by.

The only fault was the mattress could have been a little thicker for the futon.
