Very polite staff, excellent room service (good food, kind service). Beautiful surroundings, decoration and atmosphere! Limousine bus direct to and fro Narita airport, though is the last hotel stop from Narita airport which makes it an extra half hour to destination, at the very least.

The room sheets were not clean, I could smell it by the time I got into bed. Had to improvise and use towels to sleep on. The room also had an adour upon entry. I used alcohol spray and perfume to balance out the smell. It was evening when I arrived and too tired to complain. It was just one night but at this price level it really was not up to expectations, sadly.

Best Hotel stay we have ever experienced. The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was beautiful and wonderful. The beds were comfortable. We loved that the subway station was just underneath the hotel. The location was great. Everything was excellent and amazing. 10/10 we would absolutely stay here again. True Japanese hospitality at its finest.
