Location is excellent. Ideal for first time visitors. Very close to subway and trainstation Shinjuku. Room/bathroom is very clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast is fine, you can either have breakfast at the hotel or next door café. Washing machines on the 7th floor, very convenient. Friendly front desk staff, they offer free umbrella's when it rains. Hotel location is in a very safe area, close to shops and many restaurants.

Noise on the corridors at night that we could hear. Bed was not really comfortable for us. Small room. Breakfast was on B1 level and for us not really as good as the other hotels we had along our 3 week stay in Japan. There is a coffee place at the entrance of the hotel that can be a good alternative.

Very Central location. Walkable to many sites and close to several transportation options. Great little coffee shop off the lobby and central to many entertainment and eating options.

About a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku itself which isn’t a bad thing, we actually found it relaxing. It’s right opposite Nishi -Shinjuku station on the Maranouchi Line which was very handy if you didn’t want to battle Shinjuku station. The check in and out is self managed via a computer at the front. It’s easy but if you have a problem the staff are there. There’s a super little coffee shop on the premises with good coffee and a downstairs izakaya (where breakfast is served). We had dinner there one night and it was full and very lively. The food was great and much cheaper than heading into Shinjuku. The rooms aren’t large but they have everything you need. You can choose amenities at reception. We are travellers from Australia and had no problem staying here. The staff were very good and helpful. English is minimal but you get over it and work it out!

The size of the room was just nice for one person. Comes with a bathtub and all the basic amenities. For the price, it's a pretty good deal for a long stay. Convenience stores and subway are just a few minutes walk away. It's also away from the crowd which I like.
