Omg this is the best by far we've stayed, The view from both balcony living room and bedroom was the best. The kitchen was perfect, i love it. The bathroom is so spacious. The bus stop is literally just outside Firstban The staff are so accommodating and always smiling. I dont have picture but i have videos of it was so perfect.

This is a HUGE apartment literally down the block from the gondola that takes you up to Grindelwald-First. About a 10 minute walk from the main Grindelwald train station. We stayed in the Monch unit, which is the top-floor unit. There is a comfy bed, ample storage space, a kitchen with a kettle, keurig, pots/pans/stove/oven, toaster, and fridge. The living room has a nice couch, TV, and a balcony that goes out to a seating area where you can literally look directly at 3 huge beautiful mountain peaks (I believe it's the Eiger, Jungfrau, and Monch?). This apartment truly exceeded our expectations.

Spaciousness, privacy, convenient location, balcony, beautiful views from the apartment, comfortable furniture, great water pressure, the TV and viewing platforms was a massive bonus, cutlery and extras, coffee machine was a great touch!!

Nothing, it was absolutely perfect and the highlight of our stay thus far in the whole of Switzerland!

The apartment was very spacious and very clean and we had all we need from amenities and necessary stuff. The view was very gorgeous and the location is just perfect.

The fact that our apartment was on the 3rd floor and it was so difficult to get our luggage in and out. And in general very tiring to go out and come back climbing up to our place after a long day.

Hot water was lacking. A local cat kept jumping in an open window, I know that’s not your fault.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and cozy. It had a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a tub. We got great mountain views from our large balcony. Locationwise, it was about 12-minute walk from/to the main train station and was right next to the cable car station to First.

1. The pillows were very high. One bed was very soft and the other one was firmer. The soft bed with high pillows was not a good combination. 2. The hot water was not hot on the second night and became cold on the third night. We called the management office on the third night after we came back from Jungfraujoch and expected to take hot showers. The replied was: "Currently we couldn't do anything." "Just wait for 1-2 hrs for the heater to heat the water." "Please only call this number when you have an emergency." The water didn't turn hot after 2 hours, of course. We had to take cold showers and went to bed, while the temperature at Jungfraujoch was below 0 degree celsius and around 15 degree in Grindelwald. However, the next morning, around 8am, another kind lady came to knock our door and told us that it had something to do with the main switch. The problem was immediately solved. We greatly appreciated the second manager's help but also hoped the problem could be solved earlier. Overall, we were happy with our 4-night stay at the First apartment. Grindelwald was a wonderful destination and the apartment was lovely and comfortable. Just one advice to other travelers: seek help while there's someone at the reception desk.

The location is very good, very well equipped

First of all, I checked in in the afternoon without reception, so it was difficult to find the hotel key and the accommodation place separately. Secondly, there are a lot of mosquitoes and there is no mosquito repellent facilities. Finally, I want to talk about cleaning in the hotel. I don't know which level are you demanding.Maybe in future, I need wash my own bedding and towels when stay in hotel?

Perfect location right next to Grindlewald First station and the First Bahn bus stop. Located in central Grindlewald, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. We stayed in the Monch apartment on the 3rd floor, which came with amazing views right outside the window, where you can sit and enjoy on the balconies. Even though it is in a busy area, there were no issues with noise once we closed the windows for the night. The full kitchen, comfy bed, and parking spot were also appreciated!

Very spacious and roomy apartment. Large space for 2 persons. Amazing view from balcony. Well stocked kitchen. Just next to the Firstbahn for easy access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Nothing to improve per se but for note: apartments are on 2nd and 3rd floor, need to climb stairs with luggages

difficult to locate exact unit- price. we felt that this was a bit pricey for the unit.
