Beautiful house in a perfect location. Very comfortable. Particularly enjoyed the view when eating outside.

Cotswold Retreat is a beautiful detached cottage with land just outside the village of Great Tew. The cottage has elegant interiors and tasteful furnishings. The log fire was easy to use and kept us cosy. There are beautiful views of the countryside from the garden. Lisa was extremely helpful. Thank you for all the detailed information. We look forward to our next visit.

easy checkin, lovely setup on arrival from host including home baked goods and welcome card. Stunning cottage in a great location for jumping into the cotswolds. The cottage is surrounded by green space and felt very private however was very easy to walk 4mins to the cafe and pub in main street of Great Tew. Great walking and cycling routes in area around the estate. There is plenty of options for relaxing inside and out. By the fire, in the sun. Horses were in the paddock beside the cottage.

Cosy and adorable little house in the countryside with beautful views. Lovely soft sheets and towles, clean and well equiped kitchen. Close to nice walks and only a few steps to great pub ”Falkland Arms”.

Location was amazing! So near to Soho Farmhouse perfect for us.
Lovely place to stay and perfect for a Girlie Weekend - Really great communication with the host and she went above and beyond to put up a banner, balloons and cake for my friends birthday!
Really great place to stay would highly recommend - Parking, Very Clean, Big Beds. Looking forward to returning in the Summer!

Location perfect for nearby walks and for trips in the car around the Cotswolds. Property is clean, well-equipped and cozy. Host surprised with a number of nice touches.
Garden is not fenced in so be aware if you have a dog.

Beautiful property with excellent location just walking distance from a gastro pub Falkland’s Arms and a coffee shop . Beautiful landscapes and present to walk around the little village . Also very close to Soho farmhouse , only about 5 min drive away

Great location:4 min walk to the cafe and pub. We didn’t expect the food to be so tasty and beautiful served in the Cafe.Nice hiking routs for 1,5 and 2,5 hours with picturesque views. The house beautiful and clean: no smell of the old house. All kitchen equipment in good condition.
Wish there was more open space in the garden (not long grass with paths) for kids to play and adults to lay in the sun.

Absolutely loved staying at this cottage, we will definitely be back again, it was a perfect secluded place and we loved it. Lisa at W Group was amazing, she supplied us with lots of family day out ideas which was just brilliant and we used most of her ideas which were brilliant
The only thing I would possibly say is that the place could possibly benefit from a new carpet downstairs due to marks etc but we honestly loved this place
