It’s not value for money.

I'm alone, so for me, the space is quite spacious. Even for 3 adults with 2 kids also i think would be comfortable enough since it has 1 single bed room, 1 queen bed & sofa at living area which could sleep there too. Kitchen equipment just enough for those who pack their food back to unit to reheat since owner provided microwave, water heater and other basic dishes (cup, plate, jug, bowl, cutleries). No stove due to safety issue i think. But, it is just enough. Even though the view is facing kampung, instead of facing ocean. I found it very calm and relaxing since this unit is quite high; 11th floor. So, there would be no privacy issue will exist for those who like to open their sliding door (for fresh air) and stay at balcony. Having private parking space is very useful especially when there are limited open parking area surround lobby. No need to scramble for park with other guest. Other facilities are well-maintained too especially gym, play room, billiard rooms (yes, i you have a group of 3-4 who want to play billiard, they have here). You can rent an ATV at the beach side to go around nearby area.

I have a badluck, ordered at the time where the pool closed due to technical issue. It wasn't owner fault, but disappointed with The Building management who doesn't do their maintenance work correctly. Should be improved in the future.
