The online issue of Official receipt of payment is a big joke. Two previous stays Did not send any receipts as earlier promised.

old towels set up, tight bedroom, no cable signal no telephone line.

my stay was a disaster. the elevator was broken, There’s no sound proofing, totally noisy & I saw some rats too! OMG!

Good location, access to center of the city.

There is no available dispenser/kettle for hot or cold water. Provisioning of such will be ideal.

It was situated conveniently near Quiapo Church, the Underpass (mygod so many things to buy), pharmacies, convenient stores etc. The room is simple but very much to our liking. Staff is very kind. Wifi is strong

We were in the 7th floor and the traffic noises can be heard albeit in a muffled volume. TV channels are either static or very unclear, which is not really bad for us coz we had our phones.But overall the cons are not really noticeable and not a big deal.

-5th floor (5F) Not Good if u need to relax.. Very Noisy, u can hear all the vehicles, cars outside. Very small space compared to other Red doorz hotel /hostels. Feels like there is an earthquake because near the hiway. Stinky smell CR, No Hot Shower, TV only few channels. Though AC is good. Bed very small. Towels stinky smells. No slippers available. What I like location and transportation

room no clean. cockroach’s walking on bed. there is no any room service to clean room or change towels or pass soaps. TV no any channels to watch. aircon not so nice. traffic sound also too much

I like the shower with heater.The bathroom is clean.

First, I didn't expect the room to be that small, the pillow is very bad. The phone is not working. I stayed for 4days/3nights but they didn't do housekeeping so the room becomes dirty. There is not enough trash can. No mirrors in the bathroom. Elevators only works from the 2nd floor so you need to go up by stairs. The wall is not doubled so you can hear the next room.

Staff was accomodating and the place is clean.

The location is beside the highway. You can hear the jeepneys and othe vehicles in the area even if its midnight.
