woda w basenie do wymiany natychmiast leżaki na basenie śliskie - ciało zjeżdża jak na zjeżdżalni / pokoje wystarczające czyste / woda do picia w pokoju w jakiś baniakach jak w Afryce - szok pomyłka kompletna !

Our first time staying at Seda Residences, we used to stay at Seda Vertis North. The difference between the two hotels, Seda Residences has a spacious room, plus factor we can cook and do the laundry. Their breakfast is good. Friendly staff, great location for a restaurant if you want to eat outside. I appreciate that they don't ask me for a cash deposit.
This is my personal opinion base on our experience. I don't recommend to stay in a hotel on a holiday season, you have to wait for 30mins or more for check in and for breakfast. If you need their assistance it will take long to assist you. But over all we enjoyed our stay.. Thank you Seda Residences and to all staffs.

The breakfast on the roof deck level was exceptional. We greatly enjoyed the views, the food, and the friendly staff! Our room was great. We had a two bedroom apartment, which was perfect because we had family who visited for a few hours one of the days and we needed that extra kitchen/living room space.

The rooms are so big and luxurious. Would have loved to stay longer.
The food buffet has limited options and some combinations do not complement for a breakfast meal.

Everything. The location is accessible to hospital, Mall etc. The room is always clean. There is washer and dryer in our room. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the complimentary buffet breakfast are great. The hotel stuff are courteous and helpful.

Breakfast with a view! Convenient location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Wonderfully clean gym. Pool area with an amazing view. Great value and the rooms are super spacious. Have stayed here 3 times already; it's our go-to when staying in Manila. Will certainly rebook again in the future as well. :)
Random internet/wifi interruptions. It's not too bad, but can be inconvenient for people who work remotely or online.

Since we only have a few days in Manila i booked a 2 room Suite which has a spacious living area. I accomodated friends and family in the living room. The Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping would always keep our room very clean and tidy ( Thank you Ms. RUTH ).
The beds are very comfortable. And the area is so accessible to everything. It only took us 30mins from the Airport to the hotel. We left the airport at 5.45pm and arrived 6.15pm.

Very pet friendly hotel. With an extra 1000 pesos they will give a bed, bowl, treats, and a toy for your pet. Highly recommended.
