The stay was very nice and quiet, booked for the proximity to flags and the price! I’m a very nice neighborhood, family friendly, cleanliness was great and the smoothness of check in was great as week!

Everything is perfect, the perfect place to stay

Large backyard with astroturf suitable for frisbee, etc. Nice rear cottage. Heater a little slow to warm up interior, but nice soft additional blankets. Couldn't get either TV to go beyond homepage after futzing with all buttons on remotes (not a biggie in that we hadn't really gone on vacation in order to watch TV).

It’s a nice cozy place, with everything you need for a stay. Not to far from any necessities and a short drive into Santa Clarita, Burbank or Los Angeles. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would absolutely stay again in the future.

Came here when I first moved to Cali. Clean & safe area. Nice yard with secure area for kids to play. The host was very communicative.

Wonderful experience all around. The hosts thought of everything and it made our stay totally seamless and enjoyable. They nailed all the little things that make a vacation experience feel like home away from home.

The casita is a decent size and we fit 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. It was an awkward arrival as the main house was also rented out and the occupants of that house were also arriving at the same time. They were asking us if we were also staying there and said they had booked 1 1/2 months prior and seemed to be bothered about the “confusion.” We explained that we were renting the casita in the back and then they realized they were staying in the main house. We then headed through the side gate and were met by the cleaning person who said she hadn’t been told the casita was being rented out and wasn’t sure if it was clean. So we waited outside while she checked it out. She said it was clean and we were finally able to go inside. The casita was clean. The bed is comfortable but very squeaky. I was never able to figure out the dryer. I did not want to bother the manager, but you are able to if you really need it. We only had 1 partially used toilet paper roll and no more available, so we had to go out to buy more. For what we paid, we assumed we would have more available. Other than those issues, it was a good stay.

The moment we opened the front door. It felt like home. This lovley and peaceful location was everything we needed for our little family of three. From the spacious background to the roomy bedroom and full kitchen. Great location from literally everything. Thank you again for having us. This is going to be our new place for vacations and little get aways.

It was a perfect place to crash at night after a long day at Six Flags! Small place, but fit all our needs.

We stayed here for four nights. The casita was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Would certainly recommend!

My husband, daughter and I were visiting friends in Sylmar. This home was a great option for us. The kitchen provided us with everything we needed to have meals at home. Much more comfortable than a hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

we needed a place to stay that was close to wedding festivities... we rented the main house and the back casita... would have been nice to have a discount when renting out the whole property at the same time. but that request was denied. it was easy to get in/out of the property, well kept, and we loved the kitchen... there were funny little signs written on paper towels all around the house, but we're not picky... it was just what we needed for the price.

Great property, needed a toaster if possible. Cleanliness and deco were fantastic. A tiwel bar a bit loose, but otherwise a great place to stay!!!

Easy check in and out. Comfortable settings. I only recommend to update the WIFI strength in the bedroom-Roku and other apps kept freezing. Also, a USB wall plug-in would be helpful. I was lucky to have a apple charge box in my luggage but I rarely carry one.

Place was cute and great size for 3 adults. The only issues I had was getting in through the gate. I was struggling with key to turn. WiFi is not the greatest and had to use my hotspot. Other then that great location and I would definitely stay again! Thank you

2nd stay & like before it was perfect! There have been improvements since we last stayed such as window coverings on front windows. A new dryer was being delivered as we were leaving. The property is super clean & private.

I had to recover from a surgery for the weekend it was very peaceful there.

We flew in for a birthday party and stayed for 6 days. Most everything was in perfect working order. Couch could be a little more comfortable but for a sleeper it was ok. Had issues with the clothes dryer in the unit but there was a backup we used attached to the main house, so no real issue. We will be booking here for any future trips to visit family.

It was a lovely stay. Quiet and cozy. If you get a chance I recommend Lola’s as that was easily one of our favorite restaurants to eat at.
