Got room 117 and no hot water the places was clean which was good the fridge didn't work good ... It's was okay for 1 night but if ur staying there for a bit longer, make sure u guys have hot water. Other than that it's good for one stay the guy up front was nice the lady that answerd the phone told me there's no rooms but there was .-.

Everything was ok until the end, we forgot a pair of keys and some shoes but when we went back to ask if they retrieve them in the room they acted like people never leave things behind and were not being helpful at all. They said whatever they find they “toss away.” They would not answer their phone. It was a very stressful experience. We had to go back the next day and make a big deal and they finally gave us back the keys, but never got back our shoes. Never going back again.

Didn’t like dirty stained lamp shades, shower knob broken/loose.

Terrible. Inits had a stench in which the receptionist got mad and said, there's nothing he can do. Heater wasn't working, blamed me, said i didn't know how to operate it. Sheets and bed spreads were dirty, stained and it had a burn mark. Shower drain was clogged, ahower door wouldn't latch.

The motel itself felt safe, despite it being in the grimy part of Sylmar (ie alongside San Fernando Road). I expected to hear a ton of foot/vehicle traffic - I was pleasantly surprised to not hear a sound, not a peep from the other guests either. The outside of the motel looked modern/clean. The inside of the room was a bit small, old furnishings, outdated. Old bedding, carpet looked gross (stained, old). Old TV, the bulky kind. So old you could tell the TV couldn't entirely support the Spectrum cable it was connected to, through an hdmi switch. Def should update the friggin TV, flat screens are inexpensive nowadays. Bed wasn't the softest: the linens looked clean. I don't trust motels, I always carry extra sheets in my trunk. I covered the bed and pillows with it. The A/C worked. There were towels, not the tiny or gritty kind, so that was a plus. The window in the bathroom wasn't frosted, you could see through if on the other side peeping. Had to keep the door closed. There was a huge cricket in the shower stall...at least it wasn't a roach. Staff didn't bother me till the next morning. Rushing meout for housekeeping- that was annoying. I wasn't expecting the Ritz - you get what you pay for. I've paid less for cleaner, fresher looking momo's.

Very rude staff. The room was dirty there was chips on the floor . The smell was bad everything was bad . Will never go back !

Owners are nice and helpful,the place is old but well kept I wish they atleast have a bigger bed and coffee machine

Horrible facility. Decore and features from late 60's early 70's.

It should be noted that they make you give a $10 cash deposit when checking in. If you do not have cash he will not give you the room and makes it an inconvenience to have to drive somewhere you pull out cash

The room ac was not on and took 3 hours to cool down, it was filthy, fridge didn't work, and the train goes by at all hours of the night and blows it horn about 50 yards away. Stay away

Old facility, needed plumbing service right after I checked in. Would NEVER recommend staying here.

As I checked out, I told them, “You could pay double the price to stay in a worse place.” Excellent place!

The motel was very accomodating and convenient during our evacuation from the fires. Checking in and out was very easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel was terrible and extremely unsanitary. The box spring and comforter had stains all over and the room as a whole was musky and extremely outdated. We came to Six Flags on vacation and I sincerely would hope that this review is taken into consideration to prevent further families from having to experience what we had to endure.

The room was hot the air conditioner didn't work would not cool down they didn't have extra fans finally got a small fan after they told us they didn't have one bugs dead on the floor inside the room and smudge marks all over the walls let them know they had bugs and smudges all over and we didn't clean very good never again

Hotel was easy to find...area was a little bad... but overall hotel was clean and comfy... staff did not say much...just ask for a credit card and gave us a key...
