La struttura in sé è carina e pulita. La posizione abbastanza comoda.

Siamo arrivati a mezzanotte inoltrata ed avevamo avvisato che avremmo usufruito del late check in. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo aspettato un’ora prima di sentirci dire che la nostra camera aveva un problema e che saremmo stati spostati in un’altra struttura. Lo stesso problema con la camera è stato comunicato ad un’altra coppia arrivata dopo di noi. Palesemente un overbooking gestito malissimo. Infatti oltre la lunghissima attesa siamo stati portati in un hotel vicino in cui non erano pronte né le chiavi delle camere (altra attesa) nè le camere che erano sporche in un modo vergognoso (due dita di polvere) non avevano né lenzuola né copriletto, per non parlare del bagno senza porta nella doccia, per cui si allagava tutto. Abbiamo chiesto il rimborso per la notte passata in quelle condizioni e ci è stato negato. L’unica soluzione è stata darci il giorno successivo una camera di livello superiore, che ritengo il minimo per il disagio causato. Per la struttura questo è stato più che sufficiente. Ci tengo a dire che se avessimo voluto una stanza di livello superiore l’avremmo pagata. Quello che volevamo era il rimborso per la prima notte passata in un tugurio e per la gestione pessima del problema. In tanti anni di viaggi e più di cinquanta strutture visitate non è mai successo nulla di simile. Bella struttura pessimo servizio.

Chambre pas du tout conforme aux photos de booking. Vue sur une cours degueulasse. Chambre en sous sol. Mal insonorisée on entend les voisins et l extérieur. Propreté à revoir

L’emplacement de part la proximité au points touristiques est bon néanmoins il est situé sur une pente assez raide

A l’arriver dans la chambre on nous annonce être dans le sous-sol comme indiqué a la toute fin de l’annonce comme un guet apens on nous propose de rajouter de notre poche pour être mis dans une chambre a l’étage. La propreté de la chambre est a revoir il y’avait des tache sur les murs.

Yo había reservado una habitación economy y no sé por qué me pasaron a otra superior sin pagar extra. Habitación grande y bella, con TV, wi fi, frigobar, pava eléctrica. Todo muy limpio y lindo. Excelente ubicación, a 350 m de la estación de tranvía Çemberlitas.

We stayed in Atlantis Royal Hotel mid December 2023. The location was great, we could walk everywhere in the center and to the tram station to visit other parts of the town. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. We had a room on the top floor with the view of the sea. It was very nice. The stuff was knowledgeable and friendly. Especial thank you to Adnan and Andrei. Great location to eat and sightseeing.

We didn't know that the breakfast was in the different hotel, next door. It was a little challenging for my elderly mom. We would like to see a little more variety for the gluten free food but overall it was a good value for money.

Le personnel la propreté

Pequeño hotel en zona antigua con calles estrechas. Mi habitación parece de las recientemente renovadas por lo que muy bien. Muy cerca de mezquita azul y relativamente cerca del bazar, por lo que la ubicación es ideal para turistas.

Me falló el transporte que contraté desde el aeropuerto al llegar. Me compensaron dando habitación superior. El transporte para volver al aeropuerto fue bien.

La ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena

La primera habitación que nos ofrecieron, que era la seleccionada al reservar, era una habitación a nivel del sótano con apenas iluminación y que para nada se correspondía con ninguna de las habitaciones mostradas en las fotográficas del booking. Nos ofrecieron enseñarnos otra habitación y hacer un upgrade por 180 euros en total los 7 días, que nos acabo dejando en 100 euros. Nos sentimos estafados por el hecho de que los que habíamos contratado no era lo que parecía que ofrecían en la web, y con lo que acabamos pagando con el extra podríamos haber cogido otro hotel que nos ofreciese mejores condiciones desde el principio. El desayuno por el que pagamos que se valoraba como "fabuloso" y no tenia nada de ello. El desayuno se presentaba como algo excepcional pero, sin embargo, te encuentras con una falta total de variedad de comida, nada que se adapte a todos los paladares, si llegabas 1 hora mas tarde de la apertura a las 8AM, mucho de los productos se agotaban ya que no reponían. Importante el café es de sobre. En definitiva no es un desayuno por el que merezca pagar y menos esa valoración La Limpieza dejo mucho que desear, con sabanas y toallas con manchas visibles. Los dos primeros días pedimos que nos hiciesen la habitación y no fue así, aunque si el resto de días. Tanto la sabana bajera como la colcha era más pequeñas que la cama.

The location is good for those wishing to access tourist attractions.

The staff were not as expected and cleanliness was an issue. Please make sure you understand the conditions before you book this hotel. There are rules in place here that are very different to what is normally expected at other standard hotels which is unusual for common travellers. If you are coming to Turkey for medical treatment I would advise not booking this hotel as they will not accommodate your recovery or side effects.

Le petit-déjeuner était bien fourni en pâtisserie. La localisation est idéale

Je n'ai dormi que 2h car le moteur de la ventilation est proche de la fenêtre (chambre 110) et fait un bruit toute la nuit L'hygiène est douteuse (poils et cheveux dans le lit, carte room service visqueuse...) La chambre prévue de l'hôtel n'était pas disponible : j'ai été relogé dans un hôtel à côté "seven days" (comme plusieurs clients quand je lis les autres commentaires...). L'hotel indique que le bâtiment d'à côté fait partie de l'hotel alors que c'est faux et que c'est un autre hotel. Ca sent le surbooking. On m'a proposé une meilleure chambre en l'échange d'une bonne note dans Booking (ce que j'ai refusé). L'hotel est surcoté : j'ai découvert que mon commentaire initial avait été modifié comme la note (il ne faut pas donner le code confidentiel de la réservation booking à l'hôtel) Mefiance...mefiance...

Me han dado una habitación mejor por el mismo precio, tratado super bien y ofrecido ayuda, realmente me sentí muy cómoda.

La situación muy buena, muy cerca del centro histórico a pie.

La primera noche llegamos tarde y supuestamente hubo un problema de agua en nuestra habitación y nos llevaron a otro hotel ( Sophia Hotel) y en este hotel teníamos una habitación en el subsuelo sin ventana que no estaba limpia, con ruido de la ventilación… horrible. Nos quejamos al hotel y nos dijeron de nos pasarían a una habitación deluxe al día siguiente pero viendo las imágenes no era una deluxe… así que me siento un poco engañada.

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare una cosa spiacevole, le foto inserite su Booking non corrispondono alla camera prenotata. Comunque ci hanno cambiato stanza dandocene una migliore.

Great location! Very close to the mosques, restaurants and so on! There's also a small market on the same street if you wanna buy fruits and supplies. My husband even got a haircut at a nearby local barbershop, a very nice and experienced barber. The room was turned to the backs of other buildings, so it was way more quiet than most of the rooms. We booked the economy room and it was pretty okay, just missing a closet, but it had lots of hangers. As I and hubbie don't carry much stuff and clothes, the nightstand and the bathroom sink closet were enough.

I booked the "economy room" and when we got there, the receptionist tried to convince us to make an upgrade by saying the room didn't have a window. Whenever we would ask for the difference in price he would insist we would first see both rooms - I might have changed it if I wasn't so tired to go back and forth on his attempt to wow us with the bigger room. In the end, the economy room not only had a window but also had a balcony. The breakfast wasn't to my taste, mostly fried stuff and no fruit, but was okay as well. On the last day started a construction somewhere and there was a bit of noise (daytime) and rocks got thrown against the balcony door and the window.

Breakfast was offered at a neighbouring hotel and was good - nice variety and tasty. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The hotel did not book my transfer from the airport. There was a TV in the room but it did not work. The lift was out of order. Although staff is there 24 hours, the staff at night did not know how to do anything.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Muy cerca de todo el casco antiguo y con posibilidad de ir andando a todos lados. El personal del hotel super amable y el desayuno tenia una gran variedad.

El baño necesitaba una limpieza más profunda. Es verdad que todos los dias entraban a limpiar y cambiaban las toallas, pero creo que se deberia limpiar más en profundidad el baño.

It was clean and had good aircon and location 10min walk away from everything

The shower was broken and so was the hairdryer broken in the bathroom. The 1st reception man didnt even offer a different room and we only booked 2 nights, so one night we have broken bathroom facilities. The second reception guy was better and fixed the shower and hairdryer next morning.

The staff was very nice. The room is good for two people, the third bed was not comfy. But except that everything was very good. Liked the kitchen facility near reception and Turkish tea.

The property was very clean and the staff is nice as well. Location is very good. Near the both famous mosque and mecdonald 4 minutes walk. Very advance hotel and reasonable prices.

The room is very small and dirty, and electric cables inside the room near bathroom and there is mold and moisture on the walls, and insects such as ants, spiders, and mosquitoes fill the place because the rooms are in the basement.

I can tell only one thing - good location. And that's all

This place was one big mistake, but lets start from the beginning. During checking in we were informed that our budget room is not available and we got a standard room that is better room. Well it turned out it was not that good as they said, so I cant even imagine how this budget room looked like. The door to the "tarras" which was the view on the walls, was impossible to close with the key (damaged lock). We reported this right away, as we didnt want to leave our belonngings with this door open. It was fixed. However later on we noticed that the ceiling in shower cabin was damaged with mold, hand shower was damaged and water was coming out in two different directions but not on the body of course. There was no any shelves to put clothes so we kept everything in our suitcases. But this still was not the worst part. During our staying there we damaged a towel, we knew about it and we were ready to pay for it. However the way how they imformed us about it was really terrible. As a punishment they didnt leave new towels for us, so when I went to the reception they showed us photos of this dirty towel (yes it was poo on it and we are not going to hide it as accidents happen). The man who talked to me did this in front of other 3 people making from this big show, he was smiling and pointing photos all the time with the words "look what yiu did". When I asked why nobody came to our room just to talk to us and informed us about the charged because we were ready for it without any discussion, he just said "because you were not in the room". I also heard that he left dirty towel in plastic bag in our room as a reminder what we did. Im travelling all my life but I have never met that mean person in any hotel. So the result was that we spent the last day and the last night without any towels, because they didnt give it any person staying in our room. Also plastic beg with this dirty towel was on the floor till we left.

Location, cosy interior, staff

Nothing much. Just outside of hotel is gully street which are not so clean, Hair dryer wasn’t working

There are sooo many hotels in Istanbul, just don’t chose this one. -Room very DIRTY: stains and dirt everywhere on the bed sheets, towels… Housework not systematically done (you have to ask for it by pressing a button) + when it is done, it is very approximative: same hair was stuck on the bath wall before we arrived, and is still probably there… (note that we were in one of the “best” rooms of the hotel) -Poorly soundproofed room: you could constantly hear the noise of other travelers and the noise of the elevator that was just ringing -Breakfast: no variety, not a lot of choice, poor food quality, very small space -We asked for an iron because in the reservation it is said to be available in the room. We received a burnt-out iron… -Be careful when you book a room: the economy rooms are in the basement without window -Do not take the transfer service from the airport to the hotel: it cost 40€ while if you take a taxi on uber it is 25-30 €. If you decide to take the trasfer service, be careful: clarify the adress with the taxi driver because he left us in front of the wrong hotel -Moisture stains on the shower ceiling
