Close to FCO airport, perfect for overnight stop between flights, great location on Main Street with plenty of choices for meals. Christmas lights & markets happened to be still on so great to wander at night. Sara organised early taxi for us to the airport & a little breakfast package that was appreciated.

No lift (which we knew about) but on first floor and staff kindly helped with the cases.

Staff was really nice and welcoming and ordered for us taxi 3:30 in the morning ( 10 min drive to airport = 30 €). Fiumicino city is little and cosy - location of hotel is nice - near to the sea and restaurants . Also staff prepared small breakfast box for us, because we had early check-out ( 2 juices and 2 cookies 😁) . We had only couple of hours to sleep so it was fine.

There was a bad smell from drainage and all bathroom was smelling really bad. There is possibility to get direct to Fiumicino city from Termini Station- SIT shuttle bus. Final stop is Piazza Generale dalla Chiesa and from that stop only 8 min by foot to hotel. Hotel staff didn't know about that option! Hope it will help someone.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil la dame du petit déjeuner était très gentille. Netflix dans la chambre 👌✅ J’ai eu une contrariété en arrivant car un taxi m’as volé de l’argent en facturant 2km entre l’aéroport à l’hôtel 40€ le trajet ! 😰

L’odeur dans la chambre. Il y’avait une très mauvaise odeur d’égouts ou canalisations 🤢

Location was perfect, why stay at the airport Hilton if you have some time to sightsee on a layover? Sara was very helpful with organising a taxi early the next morning & a small take away snack for breakfast

La ubicación no me convence, es cierto que está a 15 min andando de la plaza de comercio pero la zona del hotel es bastante sucia y conflictiva.

La calidez de Elizabeth al recibirnos, fue como llegar a casa, su recomendación para la cena en Portus espectacular. Fue muy gentil al prepararnos un box de desayuno (básico), pero ayudó; de la misma manera, nos apoyó a solicitar el taxi al aeropuerto de madrugada. El pueblo de Fumicino es encantador!

En esto el alojamiento no tiene nada que ver, pero deseo registrarlo, fue el taxista, pues se reservó la tarifa transfer-out hotel-aeropuerto por €30,00 y al llegar nos cobró €39,00+ €4,00 por pago con tarjeta de crédito.

Il bagno senza bidet, camera con uno scalino dove una luce segnapasso e' sempre accesa e un po' fastidiosa,per l'ingresso alla struttura bisogna salire su per una scala ripida e non e' proprio comoda, l'acqua calda arriva dopo 5 minuti sia in doccia sia nel lavabo, quella del doccino messo al posto del bidet invece e' fredda, e non proprio igienico

Only problem is long flight of stairs up to hotel on 2nd floor. Not easy if older with heavy suitcase, but woman employee hauled it up for us.

VERY badly advertised. Massive steep flight of shallow stairs. No one helped. Even though I asked. It was a major issue for me as I travel with a disability. The doorway in and out of the building was very narrow and difficult to manouver with a suitcase as it also had a step. No hot water in the shower or sink on either day. When I sent message the reply back was just 'advisory' Same response in regards to broken USB by the bed. The night lights that I couldn't switch off were as bright as a bedside lamp, kept me awake all night. No view of the water as described. Very strong perfumed smell (like incense) in the room. When asked about it was told it was coming from the air con. Coffee house not accessible and wasn't serving drinks. Only at breakfast. Very expensive cab journey. Would be cheaper to stay at the airport

I stayed just 1 night, location is ok and easy to find. Steps are ok and just 1 floor. BUT the Smell in the room was unbearable, it was very very strong aromatic spray smell so it was impossible to breathe, i had it in my mouth as well, when opened the window it was still there the whole night long. As i arrived vet late i had no chance to solve this problem with anybody. As i had to sleep with opened window it was very cold in the room and the blanket was very thin. To be honest i am absolutely not sensitive to smells but this one was disgusting and the experience was very bad, I almost didnt sleep because of this very strong smell and cold.

The room is small for those travelling internationally with suitcases. There is room under the bed though to stow cases, but it is a little awkward. There was no basic supply of toiletries (soap, shampoo) for the shower.

Non aveva niente di luxury, una scalinata per salire che se cadi ti ammazzi…letti un po’ duri, non aveva le tende oscuranti. Ci hanno messo solo un rotolo di carta igienica già iniziata, in due ore che abbiamo passato in hotel era già finito

Sólo nos quedamos una noche, mientras esperábamos nuestro vuelo. Cómodo, práctico y con personal muy amable. Coordinaron nuestro taxi para recogernos y llevarnos al hotel a la mañana siguiente. Todo sin problemas.

This was basically an apartment that was newly renovated to be a hotel so the rooms were nice. But at first I thought the taxi dropped us off at the wrong location because from the outside it just looks like an apartment building The room was small by American standards but a good size for Europe. We only spent one night and we had to leave at 6 am the next day for our flight. The staff was very helpful in bringing up the luggage one flight of stairs since they don’t have an elevator and provided us with a to go breakfast.

There was a night light on the step leading to the bathroom which could not be turned off.

This is the way to start your Rom trip ! Close to the airport, across the habour. Bars and Restaurants at the street. Party until midnight but after midnight it is silent. Room is well equipped, not very spacy but comfortable and clean

For us, everything was good. But be aware that until midnight there is nightlife in front of the house - this is the culture so you can enjoy this lifestyle.

Elisabeth that checked us in was outstanding! She was so welcoming and made the check-in process easy. We were leaving early and she had breakfast bags ready for us to take to the airport. The location was very good with easy access to the airport. There were plenty of restaurants in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

In one room the hairdryer didn't work. There are a lot of stairs up to the hotel with no elevator service.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, from check-in in the lovely lady at breakfast. Great location for restaurants and bars.

The stairs were relatively steep for taking up luggage, but still manageable.

I don't know because i did not have one. i was told breakfast wass till 10Am but we showed up at 9:35 and everyone was gone. Kitchen was closed. Even though i was asked at what time I would eat breakfast and I told them 9:30 and none said anything. Also I did not know the property was on second floor and there are 20 steps to climb to get to the property, there is no elevator. We are older people

La ubicación y la atención del personal. Vale la pena quedarse en Fiumicino si esperas un vuelo que sale al día siguiente.

Que no tengan recepcionista en la mañana. Creo que eso lo pueden mejorar. Además si vas con muchas maletas, las escaleras pueden ser un problema.

공항에서가깝지만 입구도 아주 별로이고 가격대비 완전 불편해요 계단으로 이동해야하는데 산처럼 높은 게단을 직접 들고 가야해여 너무힘들고 직원도 전혀 친절하지 않아요
