Hotel maravilhoso, com instalações novas e modernas. Super bem localizado, perto de vários pontos turísticos que você pode fazer a pé. O atendimento impecável de todos funcionários, mas quero deixar um agradecimento especial para o Francisco, que nos recepcionou SUPER bem, fez nosso check inn antecipado sem problema algum, e nos deu dicas preciosas de restaurantes no Porto! Parabéns a toda equipe do hotel!! Tudo perfeito!

Loved everything! Rooms are exactly how you see on the pics: spacious, comfortable and clean! It is in the city center, walking distance from every must see spot! Staff was really nice and attentive. They gave us tips on what to visit, were always making sure we had everything we needed and made our stay wonderful!

Everything was great! I could say the pillow a bit less comfortable but prob that's a personal preference!

Le petit déjeuner qui n’était pas avec des produit frais. Le pain est fait avec de la pâte congelée Petit déjeuner a 18€et au même prix chez Mercure du groupe accor, même prix avec des produit frais et copieux. Conseil pour les clients, prenez votre petit déjeuner dans les boulangeries à porto. Tester le déjeuner sur place avant de payer lors de la réservation. Le jus d’orange et les autres jus fruit n’était fait avec des vrais fruit Le fromage n’avait pas de goût. Il n’y avait pas de fruit sec. Mini viennoiseries, pas très bon. Le lit n’a pas été changé sur notre séjour de 12 jours. Le directeur vous confirme que ça été ch L’aération des toilettes au rez de chaussé de l’hôtel ne sont pas nettoyer et le long du mur plein de poussière. A la fin du séjour, le personnel de ménage tape fortement sur la porte pour faire la chambre pendant notre sommeil. Au petit déjeuner on vous dérange tous le temps pour débarrasser vos assiettes vides, au point de vous prendre votre petit déjeuner. Le jour du départ, cinq personnes a l’accueil mais ils nous font attendre. Les clients font leur salaires!!! Le personnel ne parle pas français. Par contre, ils parlent bien l’Anglais mais pour les français qui ne savent pas parler l’anglais ou le portugais débrouillez vous.

Localização excelente. Fizemos o check-in e gostaríamos de almoçar, no entanto a cozinha já estava encerrando… foram maravilhosos e nos serviram, em especial a Mariana que nos deu um atendimento 5 estrelas….

Excellent location and superb service. Bruno was exceptional in helping us find some specific wines. The room size was fantastic with a thoughtful partition to provide privacy to our daughter who was accompanying us.

Everything was spot on ! Only suggestion is anti slip mats in the shower area.

Breakfast was normal. Service was excellent and staff was friendly.

A bit difficult to find especially if you are driving. It is ina very narrow lane.

More comfort to sit in the room and more closet space in the rooms would have been nice. The street is certainly not upto standards for an hotel like this. But just around the corner it is fine.

The location of this hotel was very central. The interiors of the hotel was also very cool, the Pool area especially was a nice bonus. With the overall atmosphere of the hotel being very chill and relaxing.

We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the food was disgusting - probably one of the worst meals we have ever eaten on holiday. It seemed both dishes were microwaved poorly and it was not what we would have expected especially for the high price. The restaurant staff were then quite rude when we didn't tip them and then seemed annoyed with us the following days when we would have a drink in the bar. Overall wouldn't recommend staying here as it seemed there was much nicer hotels for a cheaper price in porto

This Beautiful hotel is just a few meters from the city centre of Porto, but located at a calm street. The room was really big and comfortable, and the facilities at the Bessa Hotel Baixa were and is excellent. The staff were amazing and really thoughtful and helpful. I got sick and they called a doctor for me, I didn’t even left my room, the doctor came to me. Overall, this is the best hotel in Porto and I think they should add one more star(we loved our stay this much)because for us they already were a 5 star hotel.
