Our trip was August 2nd-8th. We loved the location of the home just close enough to everything, you can visit many shops and stores and restaurants within a few minutes, Charleston down town isn’t far away, and the beaches are close by as well.
The neighbor hood was quiet and relaxing something we loved. The neighbors that lived in Mt.Pleasant were friendly and super helpful. The home it self was spacious and relaxing for our trip of 7 people. Enough room for everyone to have their own space. The backyard was so nice to have for my 5 year old and she enjoyed the playset a lot!
We left early because of Hurricane Debby, so we only got to stay 3 nights, but it was such a good time still. I would most definitely return!
The host Danielle was amazing even living across the ocean she was very prompt and sweet with all of her messages, and took any and all feedback well. Her family’s home is so perfect and we would do it all over again!

The number one criteria I look for is the accuracy of the listing. You can’t complain if it is exactly as described which this property is. Great location close to downtown and really close to Shem creek. Host made sure all was right during my check in. This is one to stay in if you want to be on mt pleasant.

We had 7 adults and 2 children and this home was a comfortable place for all of us to be together! There were enough bedrooms for each of us and the living space was the perfect layout to cook, eat, play games, and just hang out. It was beautifully decorated and also labeled with where to find things, which was very helpful. There were a couple things broken from previous visitors, but when we contacted the owners they were very responsive. The location is great being close to both downtown and to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had the best time and absolutely loved our stay, we traveled around and loved having the convenience of being able to come home and rest. Also the host was amazing. My wild two year old locked himself in the house while the rest of us were out cleaning out the car and they were so helpful! Can’t wait to come back and vacation again!

This house was ideal for my family coming in town for my wedding. The neighborhood is safe and quiet but still close to Charleston and the beach. We LOVED the backyard it was gorgeous and the kids (and myself) had so much fun on the swing set. This was an Ideal house.

We stayed here for our son's wedding weekend (wedding on Daniel Island and reception in Mt. Pleasant). We had eight adults and two youngsters. There was plenty of room and quiet space for the children to rest. Back yard provided space for the children to move around. Neighborhood is nice for walks. Quiet, but easily accessible to where we needed to be. Highly recommended!

The central location was perfect - close to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, etc. The home was spacious, we all had our own rooms and the kitchen/living room was a great area for us to hang out. The kitchen was well supplied and we ate several meals in. We used the patio at night and my boys enjoyed the golf cart.

We took this trip with several adults and 2 little ones. This house was perfect! The yard was spacious and had lots of fun games for the kids. The big swing was a huge hit with my 4 year old. The inside was easy to make baby safe just by closing a few doors. My 1 year old loved all the toys and made good use out of the high chair. The adults loved how well labeled everything was and how easy it was to find everything. The golf cart was fun too.

The house was great and as advertised. Very convenient to Shipyard Park and all of the other attractions we visited. Plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. We loved that that every drawer was labeled so we didn’t have to hunt for anything. Beds were very comfy, plenty of space to unpack clothes and the tree swing was a hit with our kids. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

the house was located in a great area with plenty to do and eat within minutes! we also had no trouble getting downtown charleston. beds were comfy, enjoyed going to sullivans island which was really close too. owner/oreo petty manager was very easy to communicate with and wanted to ensure everything was perfect! recommend and would stay here again.

Conference Gathering
We rented this for 8 of our church staff while attending a conference at Seacoast Church. It was so comfortable and inviting. We were able to sit and chat about all we had learned in an environment a hotel wouldn’t have allowed for. The extra items available to take down to the beach for a short relaxing time were an unexpected bonus!

We were pleased with the property. It was very clean and well equipped. The location was convenient to get to all of our wedding activities. The grandchildren especially liked the swing set in the backyard and the toys in the garage. We would stay there again.

This property was amazing. It was bigger than anticipated so everyone had their own space. The amenities were on point. Sometimes owners will promise a lot and not deliver. That's not the case with Nancy. You have all the things you'd need and then some. There was an issue with the internet and some unexpected construction but Nancy was super responsive and made sure to take care of things. Her attention to details & understanding made an inconvenient situation during our wedding week easy to deal with. Would highly recommend booking and staying - Nancy truly cares and you can't be the house, backyard, and location!
