I like the kitchenette (with the provided cookware, dishes and silverware) and layout of the room. And the wi-fi was easy to connect to using my room number and name instead of using a password. It was clean and orderly.

One light stopped working after the first time I turned it on from the wall switch. There was another switch that didn't turn on the bedroom light (assuming it was for that). And (this is not a dislike), since it was a quick overnight stay, we didn't get a chance to use the kitchenette, nor did we get to the free breakfast.

It was really clean, modern and comfortable

There honestly wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the hotel. I enjoyed my stay

Breakfast was different daily. Excellent choices and variety. Hotel was easy accessible to freeway. Many different places to eat and shop in the area.

During my stay I had a serious personal issue and Mr Richard the general manager gave me the respect of a human and helped me to the fullest

The decor of the room it was very clean the out lay was perfect

The tub was outdated

When we went to go to bed there was a lot of hair in the bed, both long and short, and stains on the sheets. Felt like the bed hadn’t been made. When we went to the front desk they weren’t helpful or nice. The clock was almost midnight and they wouldn’t let us leave our stuff in the room we had and go to bed in the new room, but wanted us to make a lot of noise in the hallway as we moved our stuff to the new room, when everybody else probably was asleep, all because of their fault. Furthermore we wasted a lot of time moving our stuff, even though nobody would clean it in the middle of the night. Therefore they get the lowest rate as they didn’t try to make up for what had happened and try to satisfy their customers.

This was the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at. The kitchenette was furnished with everything we could have needed, and there was plenty of quick food items available in the lobby. The staff was polite and professional.

Great hotel, modern and super clean. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was super helpful. Definitely one of the better residence inns that we have stayed in. Highly recommend.

The breakfast bar was pretty good, but nothing spectacular.

On two occasions, the cafe' was closed during advertised business hours. One occasion was likely because it was a holiday; however, on neither occasion was this advertised. It was quite inconvenient, since we had intended to eat here on those occasions.

The room was exceptionally! Both bed and pull out couch were nice clean and cozy! Definitely booking again😀
