Breakfast great, staff good

Staff nice enough although very limited English which was fine but had difficulty trying to get towels. Some words should be mandatory. Pool was not open although when there it was high 80’s. Mattress in our room was way past it’s prime and needs replacement

Staff is rude especially when we check out Maria does not speak English . Refuse to call the manager or supervisor when we ask for . Refuse to help us most obnoxious and Cicle attitude. Should not kept in this customer relation position . I will not come or recommend any as long as she is there. I am a travel agent influencer. I am going to let every body know the attitude of these people. Best western should take care of them

Room is good Break fast is bad and over crowded and no place to suit. Nobody to fill up empty trays of food, Unclean and unkept.

Lady at the front desk was nice.

Bus stop is in the parking lot, most guests were in beater cars, lots of construction crew guests. Hotel smelled like a harsh chemical.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The scenic locations and amenities around the hotel are exceptional. The lighting was very nice as well.

The TV was mounted to the wall and didn't come out. Due to the placement of the wardrobe you couldn't see all of the frame from the second bed. My fridge didn't work and the room wasn't properly cleaned. The floor was dirty, I could see streaks and wiped smudge with a towel when I cleaned up some water. I felt like for the price the room should be better kept.

Eficiente atención del personal. Habitación cómoda, moderna y bien equipada. Muy bueno el desayuno también. Cerca tiene varias opciones de restaurantes y tiendas.

La puerta chillaba por leve descuadre, pero no dudo que lo hayan arreglado ya. Sugeriría añadir opción de pago con tarjeta al dispensador de detergente en la lavandería para no tener que salir a buscarlo si no tenemos quarters.

The room was very updated and clean. I loved the lounge chair. The bed was comfortable. There were many options for breakfast including some hot foods.

I have no complaints! It is not a luxury property so the room was a little sterile, but it was also a good value so I can't complain that there were no frills. I would stay here again.

Great location, clean, and great staff

The tub floor and walls had yellow strain . The shower took a long time to warm up. The shower was aimed at the wall, so only half body was under the water pushed up against the wall . Towels were rough, and small shampoo bottles were small, and only one set. sheets were scratchy to touch. Pillows were different sizes . The temperature was hard to maintain, and the unit was very loud.

Breakfast was marginal. Room only cleaned twice over 7 day stay

Walls were a little thin so we could hear the room Adjacent to the room we were staying in (on 3rd floor).

The location was good. The room was large.

The room needed a deep cleaning and the bed sheet had a wad of gum stuck in the hem.The floors need a regular cleaning.

The stay in general was fine. The staff at breakfast was very nice, super accommodating. The selection of foods was very slim, but overall, I was very grateful.

Unfortunately, the mini fridge in the room was not working properly. It wasn't necessary for this trip, but it would have been nice to have a working fridge for take out and drinks. Like I said, it wasn't necessary, and the staff at the front desk was so busy, I didn't complain.

They staff was friendly and efficient. The locate is close to the person I'm visiting. The space is roomy.

The refrigerator runs very cold, freezing everything in it.

The breakfast was terrible. It was not what was advertised on the breakfast board as we signed in. There were pancakes but no syrup only peanut butter and jelly. There were no muffins, bagels, or rolls of any type only toast. There was not sausage, bacon, or ham. There was only one kind of juice.

The wifi was easy to get on, the beds were comfortable.

The breakfast was to be served between 6:30-9:30. When I went down at 8:00 there was only toast, eggs and lumpy oatmeal. In our room the refrigerator had yellow liquid at the bottom of it.

The beds were ok.

The air conditioner sounded like a freight train. Staff was rude. Room was cramped. Breakfast was disgusting.
