- Spacious place - Have washing machine, microwave, fridge. - Suitable for 2 small family. - Have playground and swimming pool. - Shopping mall just below the place. Really convenient. - Helpful host with clear instruction. - Clean place

- The swimming pool on level 6 was under maintenance. - The balcony view could be better. Need to cut down the grass and can build a nice garden for better view. - The lift is really confusing. we go down the lift near the apt, but it lead us to a maze that ended us up inside the mall on 7am. We cannot exit the mall since it still early and the has not opened yet. Access card did not work in the lift. Luckily we found a staircase that lead us to parking lot. - Loft C lobby is hidden. Supposed to have signboard. Luckily there were guards. - Access card often doesn't work. There were times we stuck at lobby door unable to open it. - WiFi doesn't work on the last day of our stays.

I request to check in early than 3PM due to my flight schedule was changed and they able to get me early check in. The sea view is beautiful, all bedrooms is comfy and nice, love everything about this place. The owner also really helpful, always ready to reply my query

The window at the kitchen sink should be covered with a curtain or blinds as people could see me from outside.

NO facilities for breakfast, we ate out.

The apartment was jaded and need some serious upgrades, Door handle was almost dropping off, Second toilet has a serious ceiling leak which has a bad, bad smell, so we could not use that toilet. The grass in the balcony was overgrown to knee height. The master toilet had some problems but they managed to sort this out for us, after we requested to move to another unit. Fortunately, the staff was very friendly and helpful and did their best to accommodate us.

Loved the location which is within the mall building. Easy access to food and shopping

Maintenance could be better. There was a light bulb which needed replacing which did not get replaced even at checkout. The kitchen sink was leaking which resulted in some unpleasant black liquid seeping onto kitchen floor.

the place is next to a major shopping center

1) very difficult to pick up the room key in afterhours 2) no written instruction in room (you have to print out the tens of pages or read on your smart phone 3) help desk is slow in response

check in process was so easy. we just collect the key from the staff waiting for us at upperstar's entrance. parking was convenient. the mall easy accessable. the apt was clean

i think the cleaning charges (hidden charges) of rm100 is abit too high. i only knw abt this aftr booking made & i was charged extra 100 for that. so beware on this. there's no microwave in the apt
