Staff are very friendly. Very responsive and helpful.

We booked 2 rooms. The couple room(queen bed) has not been cleaned. We have to ask staff to at least sweep the floor which they did immediately. Beddings and towels have seen better days. Musty smell in the room. I have to show staff that toiletries are included in our booking since at first we were advised that they only provide toilet paper.

It was conducive and clean with friendly staff..and friendly cats too.
