I used to own this home. I sold it in late 2015. Everything was like it was when I owned it.

It needs some upkeep done. Tree’s in front need trimming. Flower beds cleaned out. Cleanup on the sides of house. Weed eating etc. killed 5 spiders inside. Maybe needs to be sprayed. Swing out front hasn’t been touched since I sold it. Needs redone.

Cancellation policy, hot tub, disrepair & maintenance

The view literally took our breath away when we stepped into the home.

The living room TV had 4 remotes and it was a bit difficult to determine which was which.

The view was amazing and it snowed the last two days we were there! The home was warm and comfortable!

I didn't realize that two of the bedrooms were downstairs and with an elderly person it was not as easy to navigate but we made it ok.

The location of the house was in a prime spot with windows inside the house and decks that offered panoramic views of the mountains. The multiple decks made it easy to all of us to enjoy the outdoors. The house itself was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Seeing the wildlife in the area was great especially the hummingbirds that come up to the feeders on the deck.

We had taken some DVDs to watch but weren't able because the DVD player that was there wasn't hooked up to the television. In addition, this home is not truly handicapped assessable. This particular home has two levels: a main entry on the street level including the living room, dining, kitchen, master bedroom/bath and upper deck, and the lower level containing two bedrooms, a bathroom, game room and lower deck with hot tub. Several of my guests had problems maneuvering down the stairs. It was slow going but we made it work. I think it's important for potential guests to have that information before booking the property if they have mobility issues.

It had everything we needed (from extra pillows and blankets, to all the provided cookware and kitchen amenities) and the views from the balcony were absolutely amazing! It’s located in a great spot with stores and activities only a short distance away.

Some of the guest pillows smelled a little like smoke. We traded them out with the extras provided in the closet which were a lot better. Also, the screw on the handle to the grill was apparently loose and came off while my father-in-law was grilling. The handle came loose and the hood fell on his hand. Thankfully he was okay.
