The property provided a quiet, pretty and comfortable place for my husband and I to stay with our three dogs during a short trip to Atlanta. Every convenience was provided thoughtfully. The setting was like being at home. So nice.

A very nice guest house, very clean and had everything we needed. So hard to find a nice pet friendly accommodation, really happy we found this spot for the night on our road trip.

This was an overnight stay on my travels up north. The space was open and clean and quaint. I enjoyed sitting on the deck with a glass of wine while my dog explored the yard and edge of the woods. A few things that disappointed me and would keep me from returning: no lake nearby, queen size bed & the inside is not 'dark' even with every light turned off. These were personal issues and in no way reflect on Kenny or the property.

We have stayed at this venue multiple times. The property manager is responsive to messages and questions. The location is quiet and close enough to many activities and provides a great wooded environment to decompress. We will visit again.

I would definitely stay again. Kenny is a great host and quick to respond to messages. The 5 bedrooms in the main house and one additional guest house bedroom give plenty of sleep options. The house was clean and the well equipped kitchen in the main house was outstanding. Bathrooms were clean and enough towels for 10+ people. 18-20 minute drive to Lake Point Sports complex.

My wife and son (17) had the upstairs apartment. Great experience from the beginning of our reservation to the end. Due to weather, we needed a late check out to shower for the trip home and the owner was quick to allow us that....much appreciated it! I will say that it sleeps no more than 3 but would absolutely stay there again!

A little smaller then expected but overall a good experience. Pull out couch smaller then expected too. Great area and very clean!

My son and I really enjoyed our stay at the property. We were in town for several days for a baseball tournament at LakePoint and this place was only 15 minutes away. The property had everything we needed and it was very quiet. We would definitely book this place again.

Two of my dogs and I were in town for the Allatoona Dryland Mushing Race. This property was the perfect location. It is only a short drive to the Allatoona Creek Park and to the lake. This home is very modern and beautifully decorated! I would definitely stay here again.

Loved that this property was NOT on the interstate and in a setting with other vacation homes. Just our luck to have rented it on New Years Eve! LOTS of fireworks for our poor dog to deal with! But the space and bed was great, clean and very attractive. Hubby and I would definitely rent again (not on New Years Eve or July 4th!🇺🇸!)

My family used this space when visiting relatives. This was the perfect amount of room for us to spend our evenings relaxing and to sleep comfortably. Just what we needed.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. It was just 3 of us, so we didn't need a ton of space. This was the perfect size for the 3 of us with everything we needed. Host was awesome ! 5 stars!

We (parents of the groom) stayed in the guest house while the family of the bride stayed in the big house. It was a nice space, clean enough although had obviously been smoked in before. The kitchen equipment was good, coffee pots etc. but the bedroom was sparsely furnished-nowhere to put your clothes, I opened my suitcase on an ironing board. Lots of fluffy towels and very quiet location but it seemed like it was set up for a bachelor retreat, not a family stay. The porch steps were very broken to the point of being dangerous and one of the upright supports was off center. We left something behind and the owner was very kind to mail it right away. Very mixed feelings about this place!

Very nice place off the thoroughfare north of Atlanta, but not so far out that's it's inconvenient. Clean and adequately stocked with all necessary amenities.

Great property. My husband and I stayed here while visiting family. It's a great location to unwind decompress after a busy day, quiet and secluded. If we had questions, the host responded immediately, we will stay here again. Thanks for being a great host.
