Housekeeping was late

The view was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The space is good for a family travelling, as the apartment has enough rooms to accommodate a large number of people. There is also availability of a lift and the iron, which was handy.

The dustbin was overflowing with rubbish that looked like it had been there for a while - it made the kitchen smell terribly. Also, the balconies in the bedroom should have better railing as the apartment is quite high, and if a family comes with children, this may pose as a danger/risk. The bathroom heater was not functional, and the toilet paper holder was broken - we also did not receive the WiFi password that was to be available.

The place is very quiet! You can't tell if other people are around unless you meet in common areas. I love the quiet environment

When i was taken to see the room i assumed someone had just used the toilet !!, the smell became worse , in the morning i asked to be moved to a better room since i had a bloated stomach...the guy promised to move me , coming back in the evening was told it was drainage and has been fixed so was not moved , at night the smell worsed and couldn't sleep with my 3 year old girl! I checked out before 8am since the whole place was unbearable. 5h3 beddings were not fresh as i type my daughter and i have serious rashes all over the body The common area especially kitchen is extremely dirty , cockroaches in the fridge, microwave etc I was in a shock and wouldn't recommend anyone with kids Is there away i can add pics on this review? Photos and even of video of cockroaches running out of the microwave when i tried to wwrm food!!!!

The ambience is great, serenity.. the host was amazing. They have the best caretaker. Hamisi is a great man... 100% value for money, the rooms are clean and spacious, The view of the sea is breathtaking... I'll sure return.

We were hoping to use the swimming pool but couldn't.
