Sortez directement sur la magnifique plage de 7 miles du Maine. 1/4 de mile du centre-ville pour profiter de la célèbre jetée, du seul parc d'attractions en bord de mer de la Nouvelle-Angleterre, des boutiques et des restaurants. Excellent emplacement central à Portland et Kennebunkport, et à seulement 15 minutes de l'aéroport, des centres commerciaux et des parcs d'attractions et aquatiques.

We've stayed in several units at this property and this is one of the nicest units that we've had here. We hope to stay here again!

The unit is very clean. Bravo to the cleaning service. Well kept. Comfortable. Walking distance to pier and all the entertainment. Parking for 2 cars for the unit itself. There are push carts in the lobby so that you can take all your stuff up in one load.... Great view.
Portland is 1/2 hour north with lots to see and great shopping!!! Unique stores! And the Portland head light lighthouse.
Two suggestions to host: Get rid of rug in master and add more hooks or towel bars in both bath rooms.
There is nothing "scary" about this unit. Book it!

The condo was as described. It was very clean and had everything you needed. Melanie was very helpful for additional parking when my daughter came for the day. She responded very quickly. The view was awesome for watching the sunrise and the beach.
I brought my parents and they stayed on the deck all weekend. We had a wonderful time and hope to go again.

Wonderful spot! This was our second year back and we loved it even more this year. It was perfect for our family of 4 including my 2 small children. The proximity to the beach is totally worth it with the kids. Easy walk to downtown area with lots of things to do yet the condo itself is very quiet. Would love to come back for a 3rd year!

The only thing was no AC. It was fine with the fans but I could imagine that sometimes that may not be true. Overall would recommend.

Awesome spot near the boardwalk. Great beach view from the balcony. Indoor pool was fun for the kids. Clean and comfortable condo! Overall great place to be.

It was our first time in OOB and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location of this condo is perfect, right on the beach with a very short walk out the parking lot to the sand and a great ocean view from the balcony. It's also super close and walkable to the pier, grocery store, stores and restaurants in town. We ventured out to Kennebunkport, Portland, Freeport and even to Acadia during our stay, all doable from OOB. The no AC could have been problematic but our weather was great thankfully. The only potential con is that there is an Amtrak train that runs through town all day and the middle of the night and is very loud and close by. Overall a great stay!

The beachfront location made getting to and from the water easy, it was walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment, and it is perfectly located for day trips to Portland, Freeport, and Kennebunkport, among other places. A huge thanks to the owners for maintaining such a nice beachside destination. We would absolutely rent this condo in the future.

Negatives would be the master bdr mattress is very low quality and uncomfortable, someone would take our designated parking spot daily, and other tentants in the building made use feel uneasy.

Spectacular view! Very clean condo with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.
We have been renting in Old Orchard for 8 years and this is our new favorite spot. I travel with my parents (72) and 2 kids (10,11). Amazing views, especially sunrises, at all times. Very clean and neat condo. Felt like walking into a brand new condo. Perfect distance from the pier. Very quiet but quick walk to all the action. The indoor pool was perfect for kids after a day on the beach. Communication with owner was easy and quick. Perfect beach vacation. Can’t wait to rent again!

Wonderful clean updated condo on the beach!
The location is perfect! A short walk to all the excitement of OOB, but not right in the middle of it. The condo is on the top floor and facing the water— the view is spectacular, and the breeze coming off the water is so nice at night. While most of the area is relatively old, this unit is completely updated, new furniture, nice wood floors, and the kitchen has all new appliances. The beds are also very comfortable and I could not say enough positive things about Melanie and how responsive she is! We would definitely come back.
