Great location, the condo truly had everything we needed. Great beach vibe decor. It rained while we were there so the indoor atrium/pool was perfect!

Location, friendly tenants

Room was a little dirty behind the totes and in corners of the room. Bed was a little uncomfortable as well as pull out. We were also short a blanket for the pull out bed.

-good location, quick walk to the beach -close to a lot of restaurants -stove, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, dishwasher -vending machines and washer/dryer worked well -sheets and blankets seem to be very clean

-tub was not clean. It was covered in soap scum and small hairs when we arrived -dust bunnies on ceiling and bathroom wall -leaky sprinklers (one cold drop every 30 minutes or so) this was especially annoying as one of the sprinklers is directly over the bed and landed on our skin several times -“landlord special” lots of repainted walls and doors. Made the door sticky and hard to open and close -old dusty smell…like an elderly person or uncleaned a/c vents

The air conditioner/heater was unusable because it was filthy. Host apologized and did nothing. The wall by the wastebasket was dirty with thrown food that we had to clean. Also we had to clean the lamp fixture. The unit smell stale and no window. Poor ventilation in the closed courtyard. Constant pounding from the workers from the roof ( no day nap). The swimming pool was unusable because the heater was broken.

Perfect location.

Bed and pillows were terribly hard. TV did not work.

Didn’t have the breakfast. The location was ideal plus I felt safe because it is gated and a key is used to enter. I was staying alone so I really liked the feeling of being safe.

I wish there had been a nightstand with a lamp by the bed.

We didn’t get breakfast. We loved the set up of the room.

Room could have been a little bigger. Wasn’t enough towels and wash cloths. The shower head wasn’t the best and was super low on the wall.
