Very clean. Spacious townhouse. Easy access to beach and shopping. Comfortably housed seven adults.

Kitchen not stocked as would be expected. Repair stain in downstairs shower. Had trouble with TVs.

The location was great the facility was very clean upon arrival and the pool was amazing. Lots of room for everyone.

However the back patio door deadbolt was stuck so we couldn’t use it. The ac never came on and would work the entire stay. The house was 83* the entire time and we had to sleep with windows open. Customer service for the rental was contacted 3-4 times both days and said they had created a ticket and would update and never sent anyone out. We were very hot the kids had to sleep downstairs because the bunk room upstairs was unbearably hot.

The property is close to the beach

AC did not work the whole time (4 days). One of the faucet in the bathroom was not working. Even after complaining multiple times no one came to fix the issue. I would not recommend this property to anyone in the current condition.
