I loved the location of the condos and the availability of the pool access. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the access to the drive on beach and the ac working the whole time.
Would have loved a broom in 155 since we were at the beach a ton. And the shower in the 2nd bathroom needs something in the bottom to keep it from being so slick. My 31 year old daughter stepped into the tub on the first night and fell and still has a huge bruise on her bottom.

clean and nice inside. close to beach.
sofa bed was broken. ceiling in the building but outside our unit was falling down and rain was pouring inside. the storage door on the patio was broken and didnt close so it was banging all night during the storm. I called to complain, was told I’d get a call back, never did. Had to call back after a week and demand a refund.

The location was probably the best part because it was so close to the beach. They had nice beach decorations and it was pretty clean.
The condo itself and the hallways were not good. I’m not sure who owns the building but there were signs that construction was taking place but no one was working on it. There were huge holes in the ceilings and dirty walls as we walked up to our room. Also the actual price was $100 more that the initial price on booking.com for a “cleaning fee” but we had dirty towels, bed skirt wasn’t put on properly and the building itself was run down.

The front door didn’t stay closed, there were repairs going on in the apartment building, the tv didn’t work in the bedroom, the railing was broken on the balcony, it was not the same place I booked on booking.com.

The property was clean, location, location,location!! I can’t say enough about the location. Short walk to the beach.
There was only one negative…the bathroom sink drains slowly. Other than that everything was great!

Quite, clean, friendly property, and very close to beach.
Not so much about the property but our condo had a patio door that had shifted and was hard to close. Not only that but it rained heavy one night and water was pouring in from the top of the door frame! This was condo 331, I’m sure other condos on property are just fine.

The layout is very nice. Plenty of room room for two people and one dog. Love the keyless entry. Nice mattress, huge walk-in closet shelving and plenty of hangers. Balcony with 2 chairs and a small table was nice. Cute decor. Very pleasant.
It was on the 3rd floor which I should have expected since I wanted a balcony. There are lots, and lots of steps to get up to the condo. No problem for younger people but difficult for us. (We needed the exercise anyway.) Our 11 year old doodle also had a difficult time with the staircases, but like us it was probably good for her. It would be nice to have a recliner in the living area. (The furniture is very nice, clean and ample...just saying a reclining chair would have been comfortable.) I didn’t find any potholders, but used the dish towels instead. We would stay again but on the ground floor.

Not having to check in by person and having access by code to the door - it felt like home, was super clean and comfy.
Nothing to dislike, it was an exceptional stay!!
