I really am a coffee fiend.Not a breakfast person.The coffee was wonderful!

The staff made you feel right at home. Megan, Roger and Jesse stood out for their friendliness and helpfulness. The hotel was close to the beach and good food.
The mattress in my room needs to be turned. I slept in a valley made by other guests.

Desk was amazing. The dryer in the laundromat don’t work, I spent $6 trying to dry one load and was still not dry. For the amount of money I spent for the nights I was there it was not worth it, I will be choosing elsewhere next time. Way to expensive for what it offers.

Elevator entrance is too narrow, they should widen it. Not at all supporting a person with wheelchair. No hand shower. Position of air conditioner is not good.

Shower head has trickle water coming out of it.
And is small even for my teenagers.
The parking lot spaces are beyond small.
If you like people hitting your car because of the lack of space, this is your place to stay!
I guess little parking spaces.

other people complained about noise when we were literally just walking, even calming and keeping my autistic child on the bed and carrying him everywhere bc he has tics and the floors were thin

The location was great, walking distance to the beach and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.
We were in room 216 and kept hearing music played from what I thought was another room. Come to find out the lobby lounge was right under us and the lobby music was coming up threw the floor. It was not horribly loud but still not the best.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was well taken care of. The breakfast was also great!
We stayed in a room next to the break room of the hotel and the break room was super loud until 2am. We had children who had trouble sleeping. The break room employees were using vulgar language and at 1am someone yelled,”Fuck”. They kept slamming the door closed and I could hear clearly what they were saying. At one point someone was having a conversation on the phone while on the speaker. The next morning at 10am before checkout at 11am an employee open the door to our room without knocking(as I was getting ready).
