Good swimming pool and gym. Fast lift.

No security at the car park. Poorly maintained. Few signs, especially no floor number of the carpark. Expensive parking. Cleanliness is poor, especially the corridor.

Having a washer/dryer in the unit certainly gets highly rated. Room is spacious for individual stay and tastefully decorated. Host answered promptly to questions via WhatsApp. Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable.

While the bathroom was cleaned during check-in, it was left wet and I needed to mop them away myself. Drainage in the shower room really needs a clean-up, that probably explains the smell when I first checked in. The building was pretty much under-utilised, the mall was not occupied. Guests have to pay carpark if you're driving, its Rm10 for multiple entries and Rm6 for single entry. Having to pay via bank transfer is a hassle, could have just maintain credit card charge like other providers.

Mostly like the room, sebab ada washing machine, bathtub, view cantik, besar & bersih. Suka swimming pool, sebab besar & banyak. 💖💖😍😍
