Locatie, mooi uitzicht maar wel wat afgelegen. Maar met taxi zo in het centrum.

Everything was to our satisfaction. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were superb. Room 1720 is very good with a very big bathroom. It's definitely worth another visit/stay when we are in Melaka. Parking garage more than enough space and free.

Service from the staff was really good. They were smiley and they WhatsApp you to check on you. The breakfast spread is very good. Food was good. My first day of breakfast, the food was cold but on the 2nd day the food were more freshly cooked, possibly because the turnover was higher due to more people.

Hilton is meant to be a more premium chain of hotels. It is a little sad that the hotel room condition is slightly old and you can see the signs of age for the furniture. It would be great if the hotel overtime can consider a refurbishing to refresh the look abit. Pillows were a little too soft, not great for sleeping. The air con vent had a noise that resembled a person snoring for some reason. It is not deafening loud but the noise level is substantial.

The staff at the hotel was extremely polite and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were incredibly spacious, providing us with ample room to relax and unwind.

The lights turned off by themselves, and the TV turned on by itself while we were sleeping at night. Additionally, I don't like that we have to walk past abandoned shops after exiting from the car park to go to the hotel lobby.

Location is good. Away from the busy area and more quiet.

The Element Mall is empty. Hope to see some business when I next visit Melaka.

I booked for 3 pax but the reception staff at check in mentioned that I have to pay for an extra bed cos 3 pax is meant to have tooth brush etc for third person. Really absurd.

Its just a short gateway trip celebrating my birthday. Room is huge and the toilet is as awesome with bathtub too. Breakfast spread is just as awesome.

couldn’t really find any nice places to eat and drink nearby so ended up with a 15-20 mins drive to Jonker Street. Not a huge issue though

The room renovation are quite bad, the wallpaper seems like soaked before, can see quite through into the bathroom even the glass was blurred, there's a button for curtain in toilet, but no curtain is there. In the last day of my stay, the door lock was broken, waited 10 mins outside my room and technician only come Location was not good, this hotel is in a mall but that mall closed, need to drive 10+mins to Jonker Street The pastry in the breakfast can be improved, the roti canai/roti cheese i prefer to be cook when customer order, or else it has become very hard¬ crispy

I like the room. Very clean, the bed is comfortable. Appropriate for business trip and for leisure. I do not like the breakfast. Short of manpower and replenish of food was extremely slow. Despite numerous reminder, there’s still no replenish of food. The porridge is not cooked, I ate some uncooked rice! The coffee has no taste of coffee aroma. I made coffee from different coffee machines, they both tasted the same- no coffee aroma.

Should give parking instructions prior to check-in. Had to reverse and get out from parking entrance and drive to hotel main entrance to ask about parking procedures for free parking. Suggest to have more signage from parking lot to hotel, took a while to find it.
