Island Time est situé au centre pour un trajet rapide en voiture, à pied ou en vélo vers les restaurants, les terrains de carnaval, les boutiques de cadeaux, les glaciers ou le parc Robert Reed Downtown situé le long de la rue Main. En entrant dans la maison, vous trouverez un porche spacieux, un salon, une cuisine, une salle de bain complète et une chambre queen. Le deuxième étage offre la première chambre avec un lit double, une deuxième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et une salle de bain complète. Cette location de vacances propose le wifi et la télévision par câble. Le temps de l'île peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec 1 lit queen, 1 lit double et 2 lits jumeaux. This is a cozy place yet roomy as well. The yard is large and also useful for storing bicycles, taking outdoor showers, and such.
The bedrooms are comfortable and we slept easily and work up refreshed.
Love the Breakfast Porch area.

The house was appointed well enough but the beds simply terrible. All of them were hard to sleep in... no one had a good sleep. Springs pocking through into my back is simply not acceptable.

We stayed here in August of 2021 and the property is pretty much the same. House is modest but adequately equipped. Laundry machines are new and everything is in working order. The cable TV is basic servcie but we were not in Chincoteague for that! Besides, the WiFi is prefectly satisfactory. The location is very convenient to explore the town, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and Debbie is an easygoing, generous host. We will plan to stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet but a bit of a walking distance to Maddox blvd. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

The property was perfect for our family of 5. Location was perfect. The only complaint I had was the beds. The mattresses were too hard, I ended up going to a Walmart 1/2 hour away to get a mattress topper for the master bedroom.

It was a real nice house the TV service wasn't the best it was a little bit blurry and not a lot of channels available but the property was real nice

Charming house, good location
Charming and clean house, we had a great time! A/C and hot water are excellent! Great yard and location! Some notes for planning: transitions between rooms are not ideal for anyone with mobility concerns. Twin mattresses were uncomfortable for adults. No dishwasher or hair dryer, but it was easy to adjust and the kitchen was well provisioned overall!

Nice clean property that we enjoyed during our visit to Chincoteague. Convenient to businesses, but tucked away from any hustle and bustle. I would recommend for your stay.

It was great to have two full bathrooms. The decor was very nice and I loved the exposed brick and beam. It was just a really cute and comfortable home in a convenient location. I think it’s much cuter in person than the pictures look. Only suggestion if you rent is to bring pillows from home. Master bedroom could use two more! Bring bug spray.

The house is nice and has a lot of character. It's very centrally located and we returned each day for lunch. We even walked to the farmer's market on Wednesday. We had a fire in the pit one evening, which was quite relaxing.

Great location
Enjoyed our stay at this house. It was in a great location. House was on a quiet street and had everything we needed. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the mattress in master bedroom was very uncomfortable.

Our first VRBO experience and it was a very good one!
We have been to Chincoteague before but not stayed in a VRBO (or Air**b) property until now. This place and the hosts were a pleasantly positive experience. Other reviewers have provided accurate details about the current condition of the property...I can add that there is a pretty new laundry washine set and water heater; hot water was in plentiful supply and all appliances worked well. There is no dishwasher but that is easy to adapt to. The enclosed foyer is a nice plus as a staging area for luggage and helps keep the rest of the house clean on rainy/beach-sandy days! We're definitely going to try to be repeat customers!

Happy Cheerful Home
This house is a happy and cheerful home. I especially love the entry porch area. You may open the windows (screens are in place) and you can hear the seagulls and birds in the distance as you eat breakfast. The living room is very cozy and the kitchen well equipped. All the beds are very comfortable. The house is bigger than it looks. Great bathrooms too. We enjoyed the outdoor shower after returning from the beach. At night we had a nice fire in the firepit and enjoyed picking out the constellations! Overall a happy and cheerful time as you remember Island Time makes time memorable.

Amazing stay with family
We had an amazing experience at island time. It’s our first time to visit Chincoteague and we stayed at this home for a week and traveling (short trip) to the beach and wildlife refuge daily. Very good location quiet and safe. The house seems newly renovated clean and well maintained. The full kitchen served its purpose for having home cooked meals. We particularly loved the front porch which was enclosed and where we spent most of our time eating playing. Board games and puzzles. The bedrooms are perfect for a family of 5. We plan to stay here again.

This was such a great house to spend a different, but special Thanksgiving with my little family. The house was in a great location to restaurants and Assateague. It was very family friendly and had all the kitchen tools and supplies to make a successful Thanksgiving dinner. We will definitely be back!

We loved the back porch and the outside shower was warm and such an asset for us as the children could be easily rinsed of beach sand! Furnished perfect for our young children!

Beautiful home away from home
This is an incredibly clean and very welcoming home. We picked it because of its backyard patio and outdoor space, and it’s beautiful interior. It fit our family incredibly well and was walkable to downtown Main Street. We got hit with a few rainy days, and this house provided enough space for us to get into some indoor activities and feel really comfortable. It’s a beautiful home with all the amenities you need for a week at the beach.
