The property is nice, very clean, big and wellcoming. There were fruits and milk and juice for us on our arrival. Our host was amaizing and very helpfull. She helped us with everything - transportation, directions, way around. The neighbourhood is quite and it's not far - 17min walk - from Praia's sea side restaurants.

It was so great the first time, my family and I decided to stay a second time around! Lu is an amazing hostess. She organized all our transportation, made herself available for whatever we needed, and genuinely so kind. We felt so comfortable throughout our stay.

Our host was warm, welcoming and very helpfull. We got fresh bread every morning and she helped with tickets and transport. The appartement was fantastic spacious and very clean. The location was great, the center easy to reach.

The apartment was clean and full equipped. We enjoyed very much the fresh bread service in the morning. We have had nice hours with a two years old baby at the pool. Supermarket in 300 m, what means 2 minutes away by foot. City center 6 min. by taxi - 200 CVE (ca. 2 €) The modern shopping center 8 min. by foot with very nice brakfast or small lunch and beautiful seaview. Lu was a great landlord and very helpful. She arranged very nice sideseing trips with Calu. A friendly drive, who speaks French. She arranged the transportservice to the airport at 2 o# clock in the night. Should we visit Cabo Verde again we would rent there again. Thank you Lu!

Love the property, it was beautiful and the pool was a hit! The host Lou was so friendly and offered so many great services. She really knows the island well and any questions we had she was able to answer. Quick response times and great recommendations.

The location of the apartment was great

First, the home owner agreed to arrange a airport pick up, however taxi driver never arrived. Message her, no reply. We use a different taxi, second issue we waited outside the property to get access for a good while till I manage to reach her. In the apartment the oven was not working, which is inportant as we booked apartment so we can prepare our own meals. No hot water at the apartment. In master bathroom the toilet was broken and could not flush. Also the shower was dirty. I don't think the apartment was cleaned before our arrival, only seemed the bedding was fresh. Not to mention that her dogs were barking all night long just below guess bedroom window. Also I messaged her privately as letting her know the issues so she can improve for any future guests. which she haven't even bothered to reply. Not even a sorry and this cere just the main issues not talking about small detail

I love the warm welcome I received from mama Lu. She also gave me hot meal on arrival. In addition, the place is clean, no mosquitoes, and electricity was 24hrs. She delivered fresh bread at the door every day. Besides, she transported us to the supermarket to shop for food with great pleasure. The place is safe and secure. Above all, I fell sick and mama Lu drove me to a clinic and does all the translations.

Best property I have stayed at in Praia by far. The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and very well equipped. The pool is a great addition too, which is rare to find in an apartment, nice and private. The decor is amazing and lots of storage. The host was so accommodating, so friendly and helpful. I will certainly be staying again on my visits to Praia. Highly recommend.
