This was a wonderful place to stay! Not too terribly far from anything. We were at a convention, and the Orange County Convention Center is about a 1.3 mile walk. Very clean, and very spacious! Gary was also a wonderful host. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

Our stay at Vista Cay was great! Thanks to our hosts for providing a clean, comfortable and spacious place to stay. Close to a grocery store, convention center, places to eat and places to walk. We enjoyed the pool and other amenities offered at the resort. If we’re in Orlando again in the future, we’d book this condo again.

Great place. 5 stars. Property manager communication was excellent. Facility was spotless and the amenities were luxurious. We hope to be back when Universal Epic opens in 2025---it's practically across the street!

The unit was so spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was a perfect location for all of our activities which were Universal studios, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. We highly recommend staying at this condo.

Wonderful location and excellent management - Grocery store , pharmacy, several restaurants are all within walking distance. Convenient to Universal and Disney. The host checked in with us several times during our stay and was prompt to respond to any requests. The property is well maintained and clean, roomy and airy. We had a great experience.

Gary and his team were very communicative throughout our stay. The ice maker in the fridge was not working when we arrived. I let Gary know, and a technician was there the next day to address the situation. He even brought a bag of ice with him!
The only issue that I would point out is that you can hear really everything that's happening in the unit above. Not sure what can be done about that. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit. It gave us space to move around. And the furniture was top notch. Stayed at other places where it was obvious the furniture was bought second hand. At this unit the furniture was up to date and the beds comfortable. The location was great. We had a convention, and just walked. Saving us parking fees each day.

The three-bedroom was fantastic. Gary was quick to respond to any questions.
The location is in a safe gated community and the place was bright and spacious. Loved that we could make some of our own meals, and not have to head to the restaurant for every meal or coffee.
