The 2 bedroom villa was nice and cozy. The master's bedroom was very spacious and the bathroom was great. The living room, kitchen, and other bedroom were also of good size. The kitchen was complete with plates, utensils, glasses, pans, etc. The hotel had A LOT of amenities. The swimming area had a slide and had a nice, fun vibe to it. Food in Calypso was great though quite pricey. Enjoyed our stay!

We had to use our room a little after lunch but it was being serviced by housekeeping. I requested for her to come back and clean our room after a few hours but she was not able to.

The service was excellent. This is a place that had staff members who went out of their way to make our stay absolutely friction free and enjoyable! Juan attends the pool grounds - AMAZING guy and super attentive! Luisa and Andrea were our go-to-servers and they were also super attentive and went our of their way to make sure drinks, food, and anything else needed were in our hands ASAP. I cannot thank these three enough for showing me and my family such a great time. It's nice to still have staff members of a resort who make you feel how they want to feel on their vacations. Will be back!

I think the "Miami Vibes" DJ could have changed it up a bit throughout the day. My favorite time for music at the pool was Sunday between 830-1030 where we had 90's mix and even a little Hotel California. The DJ was okay but constant drowning of techno beats got old.

Pool bar drinks pricey and not good. Beds in villas were not comfortable. Pool didn't have the waterfalls on and the pool water was not really warm. 40.00 per hour to use courts during best times, early morning and late afternoon. Only free during the middle of the day when the sun really beats you down. Parking 30.00 per day seems a bit much. Room was not ready at 4pm check in. Front desk wanted to charge me the resort fees even after I explained several times I paid everything upfront. After several minutes and some back and forth the confirmed I already paid the fees.
