One of the front desk staff, a lady, was very rude in resolving a small issue around check-in. Courtesy was thrown out of the window, and she didn't even allow me to speak to her manager when I requested I needed to do so. Very poor customer service. The second front desk staff, a man, actually treated with more respect.

The place is great and our room was nice (but the beddings could be cleaner)... it's a short drive to Wholefoods and other stores... but the one in check-in counter and the one in breakfast staffs seemed to not have a good pleasing/accommodating personality... need also to work on the hygiene a little better when refilling food for breakfast... but over all, the hotel is great... just work on training the staffs...

We asked the front desk for sheets on the pull out couch. Had to pick it up from the desk ourselves and make the bed ourselves. The pool was disgusting. I put pictures on here to show people the condition of the pool.

The lady at the desk was not friendly. The woman beside us was getting friendly service & was given a bottle of water for her & her child. We were not even offered any. We asked about the train & she was not helpful. Very disappointed that she was not helpful after traveling for 6 hours. Breakfast was lacking in what they had to offer. Coffee was just BAD. Construction next door started at 6 am

Very spacious room in a convenient location near Legacy Place. The breakfast was also very good for a family of hungry kids.

The TV was an inteligent tv but it had no connection to internet so, no way to use Netflix. It was part of the criteria that made me chose that hotel compared to another. Small detail but to me it count

Great location near highway and outdoor mall. Very limited gluten free options for breakfast. We had our dog and not much grass for dogs.

The pool tiles looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Pool floor is like a brownish color. Some areas you can see the white. Same width the pool tile. Breakfast was generic. I felt like was at a homeless shelter. Room service never came to my unit so I had to Ask for clean linens, towels, soap, and for toilet paper. I hated the stay and I was with my children. The only person I thought was awesome was the woman that runs the cafeteria in the morning. So pleasant. Other than that, the lady that works in the afternoon, young lady, gave me an attitude anytime o asked to get clean linens or soap to shower.

We stayed at the property for a closer commute to a concert at Gillette We stayed at a gorgeous Residence Inn the night prior at another location so we were excited to have another similar experience but it was not consistent to this location. The area around the hotel seems rather sketchy and dirty but the lobby of the hotel was clean and welcoming The pool area smelled harshly of chemicals and felt run down and dirty We had a one bedroom suite with a pull out bed We had to call down to request bedding for the pull out, we called done about dinning and the staff wasn’t very helpful about options other than telling us to come down to get brochures The room felt very icky and unclean. It has an awful harsh chemical smell as well. The fridge snd sink were helpful to have. The noise from the elevator was heard from the end of the hall and noise from other guests was easily heard as well We arrived back from the concert that night and one of the doors was already opened which brought on security concerns with children etc
