It was clean and spacious. It is easy to book a grab and it was near to all the restaurants/attractions that I am visiting. Overall it was a good stay.
When we checked in to the space, there is a big cockroach on the island table. We used a vacuum to suck the cockroach and let the owner know about it.

Very new and clean. Large tV and Large bed.
Gym closed at 5pm. Everywhere else we’ve stayed has the gym open in the evening. I was told to stop exercising at 5pm when a very rude security guard started shouting at me to get out.
Half way through our stay, the weights we removed from the gym.
Soundproofing in the property was not good. We were constantly woken up by noisy guests and shaming doors.

Shower room easy to get wet .I facing how water system issue. Respond was not very helpful.

We were surprised to see the suites is so clean and smell just like a hotel. The auto parking system is amazing, the self check in and out progress is super smooth. You can always find someone to help in the lobby or parking lot. The rooftop view is superb and u can see the plane take off view near and clear. I had a great time there. Will surely be back if they continue keeping their good work in furture ;)

No walking path to star marina, and far away from any ferry terminal in KK.

I like everything about the property.. That was my second time staying there.. in the same suites.. Clean n cozy place..
Nothing.. just wanna inform the sofa making crack2 sound.. you should check later🫠🥰

favourite place. cozy, can cook, most important is big screen tv and Netflix. I spend most my time in the room relaxing with coffee and watch nexflix. Really enjoyed the stay. And I don’t have to worries about car park safety because they have “CAR VENDING PARK”. Amazing!!!

There was no BF
Directions / signage could have been better - we were led into the hotel which isnt quite 'connected' - had to call Aru Suites who then sent someone down to help with check in. She was very helpful and cheerful - apologised for the faulty airconditioning that they were about to get fixed for our room. So overall, nothing really that went wrong.
