Location is good, big shopping mall and lots of food choices

Very noisy and very loud music from the concert at sunway Lagoon for 2 nights till midnight, can't get a rest and sleep until the music stop.

the hospitality and self check in very smooth.yuki help me a lots.the apartment has balcony and theme park view.walking distance to sunway pyramid and sunway lagoon (go to B1 then B6 ; sunway lagoon in front of u).easy access to food.if u dont want to eat in the mall u can go to the nasi kandar and mamak bistro by walking distance.the unit i stayed completed with cooking facilities, toaster, rice cooker and kettle.complete culteries ,plate etc.

We basically booked this place for location but had a miserable experience.

We had a poor experience as the sink was blocked. We informed the host and later we found few items from our room stolen. The apartment is poorly equipped with an old rusty stove and a single rusted pan. Poor toiletries and towels. Doors ply peeling off. No value for money at all. Shoddy. We made a complaint on the stolen goods to the owner and management. We were asked to report to police. No details of people who accessed the property were given.instead of supporting the customers the owner was siding the theives.It spoilt our holiday. We vacated early in dismay. Don't go!!

Spacious and comfortable, good sized beds and a great view of Sunway Lagoon. good air con too We were able to get a late check out very easily with no hassle. very clean property

this is a home stay so please make sure you realise that when you book as we didn’t. You don’t get the basic things like being in a hotel like bottled water or a water provided. and you can’t store your bags if you need to for late departures

Great location and very good view to see sunway lagoon. Very convenience to stay, connected with Sunway pyramid mall and plenty restaurants at there.

Stayed 6 days there; transferred to small room for two days, given reason due to AC not working during weekends. Need to bring multi socket extension for the electrical equipment.

Very convenient and connected to the mall. The room hygiene is very good. The owner or staff is very nice. Instruction for check-in and check-out were given in clear. Spacious room. Valuable staying. Opposite the building has a lot of convenient store and food to eat.

Terrible traffic jam at that area as well-known. Need to avoid peak hour if want to stay there. Need to climb stairs to the below ground to take lift. Bringing old folks or lots of luggage would be a terrible idea. No drinking water provided, self-ready.

We like it because just next to very huge shopping mall with all variety of food, entertaiments and stores, I think that every thing you needed are all here.

I just don’t like if see an insect like cockroach and an ant, meet once on my two days stayed, so I buy vape and spray it all over the room before we leave for lunch and the end,leave it there for the next stay to used it
