House was clean and lovely environment. The beds were comfortable ( @bedroom & living hall). Washing machine and dryer were the bonus. Pete also prepare some small stuff like bluetooth speaker , diffuser and more. There is a lot of choice for breakfast, vast array of canned and packed items, eg. soups, instant mee, spaghetti, oatmeal, milk, plant based milk and more. Full pantry supplies and well equipped kitchen, so we can prepare meal at anytime. Highly recommended for all the travellers. Great experience for me and my friend.

Location was bad, in the middle of no where. No shops, restaurants or public transport near by. The bed uncomfortable. I felt I had walked into someone 's home & they had not tidy up after themselves. The food in cupboard for breakfast had been sitting in the cupboard for a long period of time.Did not feel safe .

We stayed at this property for a couple of nights and it is definitely like a home away from home. The host, Pete , is so easy to communicate with and is very accomodating to special requests. The pantry is well stocked with the basic essentials and the kid's toys really made our 1 year old twins happy. The space is very spacious and furnishings well thought of. Highly recommended place to stay if you are in Launceston. Thank you so much Pete for such a lovely accommodation 😃

There was no breakfast but our pantry was full of groceries. Almost everything we needed for breakfast was there - thank you for perfect coffee:) Perfect location - close to all shops.

We would prefer more clarity about breakfast. The dog next door was a bit loud but most of the time it was kept inside the house - not an issue.

Many, many foods left in cupboards for communal consumption. Plenty of cutlery, glasses, crockery, cooking facilities available. Access to wIFI, smart TV we’re all well received.

Nothing major. Getting older as we are made the futon style sofas a little uncomfortable for any length of time.

We loved everything about the property. Perfect for a couple. We loved all the little extra touches that made the stay all the more enjoyable. It was a home away from a home. Everything smelt fresh and clean. Loved the pantry items available to use. So much thought had been put into making our stay comfortable. My husband was super happy with the property. The location was great, quiet, and peaceful. Pete was great with communication.

if I have to name one, it’s the light which we do not know how to turn on. this place actually comes with sensor light, which we accidentally turn it off and resulted in coming back dark.

Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Undercover parking. Just a few klms out of Launceston.

We found the bed quite firm but others might not. A mattress topper could easily fix this.

The unit had everything a visitor would need for a comfortable stay. It was clean and quiet , excellent WIFI and Netflix was a bonus. It was in a good location - short drive to shops , CBD and and tourist spots (eg Seaport) No complaints or issues from us....

Nothing comes to mind other than noting that a car would be required as the location is in the suburbs and nothing major was in walking distance. But as we had a vehicle this was a non-issue for us - but if a visitor did not have a vehicle this may be an issue.

Great sized apartment with room to move around inside & out. Well setup kitchen with some items in fridge & pantry supplied by owner which is very kind. Bed firm but comfortable and linen clean & crisp. Towels were thick and large. Nespresso coffee machine was filthy and had to flush it through about a dozen times. Dog next door very large, loud & scary but Pete let us know beforehand he was there. Area is average around units but apartment site well maintained with lovely gardens and entranceway to units. Front lawn of this enclosed unit needs mowed so access to lockbox is easier to access. A good distance from city. Suitable with a car as good carport is provided. Thanks Pete for providing unit. We enjoyed our stay in your quiet unit & for being a great host 😃

Villa was very good, meticulously arranged for all needs. Host kept all stuff for the breakfast.
