Good location, close to the airport. However, the hotel is horrible!! smelly

This was the worst experience of my life. The first room was flooded with bleach and disinfectant, leaving an unbearable smell. I asked to change, the attendant gave me a room that had no beds made, no toilet paper or towels and stank of dog urine. The hotel was full of people with huge dogs staying. I was afraid of getting fleas or scabies in this disgusting hotel.

Almost nothing. However, there are two treadmills in a room on the ground floor. The receptionist booked a cab for me for the nexxt morning.

This is neither a hotel nor a guest house. No breakfast was offered; no wake-up call service; reception closes at 10:00 pm. Worst of all, the bed had just one sheet on it and you had to sleep directly under a blanket. Cheap, unhygienic!!!, offensive. I am sure that the blankets are not cleaned and sterilized after ever use. The towels should be sterilized, too. They are limp. This is more like a motel, where people, including families, live permanently and cook in their room. The taxi service they use should be looked into. Obviously a scam set-up. No meter showing the fare. I refused to pay what he asked for as shown on his phone -nearly double what I had paid the night before from the airport, 15 to 20 minutes away, not five as l was told.

it was a suite with a small kitchenette, but without the essentials to use it (pans, glasses, plates, etc - you have to pay extra for that) Despite being close to the airport it is in the middle of a industrial area. i did not feel safe. we had stay in other hotels from the same chain, which were very confortable, but this was dissapointing

Overall, the place was nice and clean. However, the overall place had a sort of smell to it, especially in the room Not unpleasant, just odd. Bed comfortable, ac system amazing, nice amenities in the room. For the price during spring break, it was nice.

Room appeared very clean but had an odd smell, like the entire facility, but 10 fold in the room. Behind the fridge, a prior occupant's cat had peed or something because that's exactly what it smelled like. Had to buy pinesol to squirt back there to tame the smell, and also a few of prior occupants' belongings (food) still in the cabinets upon arrival. Mattress cover appeared to be just flipped as there was a huge stain underneath. Housekeeping ladies said to call the desk to request housekeeping, but when we called, no one would ever answer. Ended up just washing our bedding ourselves.

I like that they had a small kitchen area. 2 burners, microwave and a regular sized fridge

The bed had many bodily stains! Gross and unacceptable! Which were hidden under the fitted sheet! The bed was also pushed to up to a wall so another person couldn’t get on the bed from the other side. Very inconvenient.
