Nice hotel in a great location.

The parking. It was expensive with little choice on what to do. Also on one of the days paying for valet parking I was told to get my car myself even though I paid for valet parking.

Location is great, staff is wonderful and the rooms are really nicely decorated. The whole experience is very good.

Easy to find, rooms well appointed , clean and best of all - an espresso coffee machine . Rooms were quiet and we were undisturbed during the night.

This hotel is in a lovely old building that occupies a whole block. It is well located for a short walk to the historic downtown and to restaurants. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable with nice pillows. Breakfast was very nice with eggs cooked to order.

It was warm in July and although our room had A/C, it struggled to cool the room and we felt too warm.

Location was excellent. Breakfast ok, good buffet, service appalling.

Room was minute and ok for the one night we stayed but no longer. All very clean. Had to phone reception at 11pm as the bedside light switch was hidden from view. Typical of the quirkiness which was not at all appealing. That it is a boutique hotel located in a Georgian terrace is attractive for overseas visitors but tiny rooms and irritating foibles are not conducive to a good stay. Staff in the breakfast room had to be pleaded with 4, yes 4 times, just to get us a pot of tea. The cooked breakfasts were sloppy, literally. Runny scrambled eggs with a fried breakfast and runny avocado served with cold tomatoes on sourdough. Ugh. Pricey too. Won't return on our many visits to Bath.

Such a charming and relaxing property. The perfect location next to the station and town centre. Unlike many hotels you had free water, Diet Coke and cookies every day which was a hospitable touch.

Breakfast had plenty of choice and was fresh and enjoyable. Room was sparkling clean and most comfortable. Bathroom was spotless with lovely soft towels. Decor was quirky but completed the ambience.

The wet room bathroom wasn’t great as it got too wet and the shower water took very long to drain

Pricey - but i guess Bath is full stop.. service superb though, lovely room and the bar was really good with again very very good service.. great reviews on Tripadvisor and i've got to say it lived up to it. didn't spend long in bed as i walked the Costwold way to Cheltenham at 5am - but nice to have some comfort before spending most of the weekend in pain.

Genuinely can't fault it

Beds way to high for a senior to get in and out of. Tub impossible for a senior to get in and out of. Ran out of toilet paper one day. Needed more places to put luggage. Kept having to kill great big flies in our room (five in all)

We like everything (the location, the facilities, the beautiful decor, the staff and the rate) apart from the staircases as our room was on the top floor with some narrow staircases without lift, but for an old building like that it seems inevitable. We especially loved the bathroom, which was big and beautiful decorated.

The fire alarm test (normally Wednesday) was conducted on Friday morning, so we had to rush out while packing our luggage for checking out.

The aesthetic of the hotel is wonderful, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the onsite restaurant was amazing.

The room selection was confusing. The room was called a king superior, but ended up being a double bed. In the description a double and queen bed was referenced. We would have been much more comfortable in a king and I thought that is what I had booked.

Steps away from the station, yet at the same time in the very heart of Bath, The Hotel Indigo was a real treat after criss-crossing the country, visiting universities. Elegant, yet not stuffy, with very friendly staff, we had an unexpectedly large room with an equally large bathroom, beautiful sheets and a delicious breakfast (and dinner!).

We really couldn't fault the hotel except that the meal service was a bit slow.
