It is close to the beach and close to the bus station knutsford. Restaurants are every where and supermarket not far. People very friendly and helpful. Apartment have a good size and the kitchen is a plus.

Kitchen was dirty when you opened the cabinets. Rugs dirty! I booked a studio with terrace but I only get a apartment without balcony or terrace. The wet beach stuff can't get dry and you can't hang them anywhere! This is really bad. For that price I wouldn't recommend it. The pots in the kitchen broken or old and used. That was nasty. Not even a kitchen towel or a sponge.

I liked the proximity to the beach and the central pool on property.

There were roaches in the rooms that we stayed in over the period. These were the small ones that are usually found in furnishings of unkept homes. This made sleeping very uncomfortable knowing something was crawling all over the room and could get in your travel case. I had to buy an insecticide to spray the room.

The room was very spacious clean and comfortable ,the staffs was great even the cleaning lady was very friendly and every bidy mind there own business i stayed in the blue mountain i loved it

When the rainfalls the place flooded and have a bad smell

beach is there on the front don’t have to walk far.

The laid back, homey feel. Staff was also very courteous.

The mosquitoes were a nuisance. Adding a mesh sliding door would help to mitigate the mosquitoes getting into your room.

I love the area the staff was friendly and helpful and the costomer service was great ...also oeople friendly and was professional and big up to the security team at the front gate always helpful and looking out for the guest protection...and the room was big and nice an ac was cold and well kept at good temperature..and the gift shop ladie was very helpful and friendly and always have a pleasant smile that will make anyone bad day turn into good...all staff was great overall...will be visit back sands an blue seas for sure im the further...👍✨️

Well not bad but...i love to know how to use the safe in the room next time and also have someone assit me with it...

The place feels old and smells as if the air was not fresh.

To whom it may concern. At first this place was questionable, but as the night progress things took a turn for the good. The restaurant staff went above and beyond for my family. We didn't even have to leave the property for food. We had dinner on beach and watch the sunset. Thanks to "Big Red" for his service and his humor. He really made us felt at home. Thanks again.

The front desk took a bit getting use too.. several front desk for the one property. So that welcome feeling wasnt there.

I got one key no room service no wram water no running water in the kitchen

The restaurant food tasted great, the pool was warm and nice and the room was very comfortable. The bartender was very nice. Ann Marie welcomed us, she was very nice and made sure we had what we needed. We enjoyed our stay very exceptional 👏👌

The beach

The towels weren’t clean enough the bathroom floor flood with water everytime we take a shower they clean the room every other day so we have to keep asking for towels and toilet paper and the pots could be better.

We actually didn't get the room we booked but we realised that was an error of Booking.com and not the resort as it seems Booking.com only make a reservation (done this before to us elsewhere) Next time, we will book from their website or send a friend in to ensure we get the correct room. However, Ann Marie and her team were amazing. Friendly, kind, and did their best given that we didn't get the room we wanted. We will be back late in the year x

The receptionists at the front desk, who were very helpful in getting us coffee/tea making machine, ironing board, cutlery etc

Beach access was the only thing I liked

It is in grave need of upgrading... very outdated No hot water at night. No blanket for 2nd bed. Lighting very poor.

shower head was broken we could not take a shower… towels were dirty . could not find a staff to fix the problem…

Checking staff at front desk was very helpful and accommodating.
