I can't say enough good things about staying here! Julie and Randy are the nicest folks you could hope to find to host you on vacation. I enjoyed my stay here in 2023 so much I booked a longer stay this year. The property is just perfect for a solo or couples basecamp for traveling to see all that is amazing about southeastern Utah. The cabin has everything you need, and I really appreciate how thoughtful the owners are. Communication is great, and this is the perfect, peaceful spot to come back each day.

This property is centrally located to operate as a "Base Camp" for exploring the Southeast Utah area. You can access places as far North as Moab, UT and as far South as New Mexico and Arizona. Traveling West you can access multiple interesting sites just off of Hwy 95. We also traveled East into Colorado to view several interesting Native American ruins which are abundant throughout this whole area. There is also a grocery store a couple of blocks from this property and several restaurants in Blanding. Our hosts, Julie & Randy, were great and any issues we had they responded very quickly. We highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our 2 day stay in this clean comfy tiny home. Clean, welcoming, private, nicely decorated, the host stopped by to insure everything was satisfactory. We enjoyed the fresh peaches from their trees. Would definitely stay again if visiting this beautiful area of Utah.

Driving instructions were perfect/ which came in handy because our GPS told us we had arrived in the middle of the road. Lots of care to detail inside the cabin. The outside landscaping was beautiful. I had the sweet little bonus of being able to pick fresh peaches from a tree! We wish we lived closer!

Our stay was enjoyable. The cozy house had a comfortable bed. We loved the view from the front porch that was shaded. We went to sleep to the song of crickets. It would be great to have a safety bar in the bath-- bathtubs can be slippery. Overall we had a great stay.

The best part of our stay was the promptness and concerned host. The little house was just right for my husband and myself. i found the area to be very safe and the house was very clean. i would definitely refer anyone that just needs a small space to this VRBO. Thanks

It was very clean, centrally located to Bluff and Moab area, and well appointed with everything you needed. We stayed 7 nights and loved the king size bed. Very good sleeping weather. The hosts were great and gave us lots of info on the area and things to do. The Dinosaur Museum and the Edge of the Cedars Museum were minutes away. My husband enjoyed the fire pit after a day of hiking to relax. We hope to go back again someday.

This Tiny House is perfect for two people. The hiking and area around Blanding is amazing! I want to go back when we have more time. Thank you for everything.See you in the fall hopefully.

Very clean, pleasant, nicely decorated. Enjoyed stay and would recommend to others. A hotplate/electric frying pan would be welcome as well as having the microwave more accessible for short people.

I had the best stay at this property. The use of the available space was great. I never felt like I didn't have enough room to enjoy my time. I loved watching the sun come up off the front porch each morning, and the outdoor amenities were great too. The owners have put in some real thought and provided everything you need. They go above and beyond with offering optional extras like laundry service, and advice on where to go during your time in the area. There was nothing better than spending the day out adventuring in southeast Utah and having a nice hot shower with great water pressure too! The next time I head back to the Blanding area for a solo adventure this will be the first place I look for accomodations. Thank you so much!

This property fit our needs perfectly. Stop looking for something better while someone else books this before you! Great, quiet, safe location. Property owners were quick and complete with communication. Directions to property were spot on. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. All other amenities offered were top notch. Someone was staying in the unit next to us. But, we would not have known it if we hadn’t seen them. BEST Vrbo we have stayed in so far. And, would not think twice about booking this off in the area again. Thanks to the owners for everything !

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our time in the cabin. The bed was comfortable, the amenities great, and it was just the right size for us. If you want quiet and seclusion, with a beautiful sunrise to greet you, this is the place for you.

What a charming and cozy place to stay! This had the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on (other than my own)! Sofa was comfortable, TV & remote were easy to use. Kitchenette had the basics but wasn't cluttered with unimportant items taking up valuable space. Bathroom was roomy and even had a motion-activated nightlight on the toilet (ever wake up when you're traveling and it's so dark during the night, you can barely find the bathroom?) Beautifully-landscaped grounds surround this little gem, where you can sit on the patio and watch the birds or get up early and sip your coffee, while you watch the sunrise on your very private patio. Great location close enough to town if services are needed, but far enough for peace and quiet. Also, well-located for area things to do. Owners are very helpful and close by in their own home, but there's enough distance that you won't hear them. An all-star accomodation! Highly recommended!

Perfect cabin in a quiet setting! We absolutely loved it! Location was easy to get to, host left porch light on for us too! Cabin was clean, stocked well and roomy enough for us. The bed was so comfortable, shower was super and AC was perfect. The view the next morning was so great! Highly recommend this location for any couple traveling through. Perfect!

I loved how quiet it was, beautiful views, and amenities. My weekend was dedicated to writing my book, and it was the perfect setting to do that! They answered all my questions and gave me some great suggestions for some walks. I visited a Pueblo one morning only 5 minutes away.

This tiny house is beautifully landscaped, private, quiet, secure. Conveniently located for Edge of the Cedars State Park with wonderful museum, Highway trail to Newspaper Rock petroglyphs, many other cool hikes to ancient ruins, and Natural Bridges National Monument. The host and hostess are friendly and professional, have resources in room for local points of interest and restaurants. Amenities were plenty and quite up to date. We would definitely stay again!

This cabin, located in a secluded setting, is truly excellent. The property that the cabin is located on is just at the edge of town, making it both peaceful and convenient. The cabin itself is modern, and outfitted with quality touches at every turn. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay while jeeping the area. Had the pleasure of meeting Randy, the owner, and that only made the stay more enjoyable. Great guy with a passion for life. Thx! Would definitely stay here again!!

This quaint, little cabin was awesome. Tucked away in the back of the property, it was quiet and private. It has all the amenities you could want. The checkout process was the smoothest we've ever experienced. When we visit Blanding again, we will definitely try to get this place again! Not the fault of the owner, but one word of caution for anyone visiting Blanding. There are no open restaurants on Sunday, so plan accordingly.

Julie and Randy are Conscientious property owners. Everything was neat and clean and super comfortable. The bed/mattress felt new and is a king bed so we slept well. It’s a quiet location and the landscaping around the cabins made the whole experience a five star rating. We will return here again in the future.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Southeastern Utah. During our 2 night stay we visited Canyonlands NP and Natural Bridges National Monument. The cabin is beautiful and has all you will need for couple of days stay. Julie and her husband are great hosts, making our stay special. We hope to get back in the not too distant future.

My husband has been working in the area, and hasn’t stopped in over a year. I wanted to take him away from the normal “road hotel” for work for some much needed R&R. I’m so happy that we selected this listing. You would never know you were near small town America in Utah somewhere. The cabin is situated perfectly for a view of farmland. The porch was covered in climbing vines and provided perfect shade, and gave it a nice quaint ambiance. My husband and I love to enjoy sitting around a campfire, and there was a nice fire pit, supplied with wood and marshmallow/hot dog prongs for roasting. Grill for grilling. All there, just in front of the cabins. We had great communication from the beginning to end. I’d asked about local must see’s as well as restaurants and was given excellent suggestions. Thank you, Julie. Inside the cabin, was immaculate as described. We’d have thought it was fresh built and we were the first to stay. Just the right amount of touches to be comfy and classy in one. Tastefully done. All you need is there. Nice sized bathroom inside the tiny home/cabin with fluffy towels, a hot clean shower, even had sundries if we didn’t have our own. Door snd fan and window all there. (Wives-we know how important that is in a small space especially!) The kitchen has a regular sized refrigerator which is awesome when you’ve been in hotels with mini fridges for a while. Had a microwave, toaster, and plates/utensils, down to salt and pepper shakers. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds either of us have ever slept on. So much if fact, we messaged the hostess to ask about the brand. We made sure the last 1/2 hour we were packed up so we could spend the last little bit relaxing there. We only left for food…spent the whole weekend on the porch or in the cloud like bed enjoying the peace and quiet of the area. The TV was easy to use, and the A/C was great during the day-and the screen door perfect for the night. We did not see the hosts, in person, but would gladly shake their hands. We truly felt like we were in some quaint cabin waaaayyyyy away from the city on a lush farm in the hills somewhere far away. The solar lights were great for the well landscaped paths, and the open sky was incredible for star gazing. The Milky Way was breathtaking right over us. We got the R&R needed. We would highly recommend this place to anyone, and hope to return again next year. We loved it.

This was my favorite VRBO experiences I have ever had. The cabin was perfect! The bed is amazing! So clean and met every expectation. Owners were helpful and friendly. I will be staying again VERY SOON!

The property was immaculate and well organized. Plenty of space in this not-so-tiny house. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our coffee every morning from the front porch which has a peaceful pasture view. Lots of privacy and very quiet. Great location as we drove to both Canyonlands (Needles district) and Natural Bridges. Hosts were extremely responsive and super nice.

This property was a gem. Perfectly appointed, clean, lovely setting outside, comfortable bed and fully functioning tub and shower. No stove, but you will hardly notice—there is a nice grill just a few steps from your door. Randy and Julie are good, attentive hosts. Also, there are so many things to see and do within just a few miles of the cabin. I can’t wait to return!
