Just as expected

We had the absolute worst experience with this property. We arrived only to find out the host had cancelled our reservations even after we had paid in full months prior. Of course the resort could not offer any assistance and stated they were fully booked. The host would not respond to calls or emails. We had to scramble to find another place to stay for a family of 5 which meant changing 3 hotels in 5 nights. I can’t even begin to describe the disappointment not to mention all the extra costs we incurred as prices had gone up since our initial planning of this trip.Save yourself a lot of stress and money, DO NOT book this rental!

Great comfortable spot to stay in Vegas.

This VRBO was just as described. It was clean and perfect for our stay. It was nice to not be in a casino and have to walk through smoke to get to our room. It was close to the strip and ubers and shuttle were very accessable. I would encourage anyone to stay here.

This being a timeshare property and the bookings being managed by management company and not the owner was a concern for me as I did not realize this until after I booked. HOWEVER, the booking process was handled with professionalism and responses to my questions and concerns were handled immediately, even on weekends:) We arrived at 2:00 am and we’re greeted with smiles at Tower II. The reservations staff took care of informing the property of our very late arrival which was greatly appreciated. The bell hop drove us and all of our luggage to Tower I and helped us get everything into our condos. We booked a 2 bedroom and we were given a lock out room which was 2, 1 bedrooms connected by a common door which we kept unlocked. The condos were well appointed with everything we needed. Super quiet - never heard road noise or others the entire 5 night stay. Staff told us shortcuts to get to the monorail system and staff greeted us with hellos throughout the property. Security everywhere which was great as we were walking at all hours of the night. Good delivery was so easy and a time saver for us! Great property, great management, would highly recommend and stay at Wyndham Grand Desert again!

The place was clean and quiet, although we were there during the week Friday night started to get a little more noisy, but that's Vegas. The hotel does not have a bar. Otherwise, no complaints about the stay.

We arrived are were to us a hosts name, in this case an email had been sent the day prior with I would assume the time share owners name. The front desk told us we would have to wait until the owner arrived to check in, we’ll obviously that wasn’t going to happen as we had rented the property from the time share owner on VRBO. It took some calls and some discussion with the property to get everything settled which added an hour to our already late checkin and kept my disabled child in the vehicle much longer than we had hoped. Once checked in I was worked over by the timeshare sales people who struggled to take no for an answer, unfortunately they are the ones with the door keys and wrist bands so that added to the experience of getting checked in. Once we got past that it was a gong show to get bell service as it was getting super busy and they put us on the 12th floor even though I had requested 6th or lower (vertigo). The property was decent but very dated, with the cooktop being badly damaged and the coffee-table missing parts, maintenance came but was unable to repair either. This was touted as a presidential suite but was far from it, I hope they never try to rent it to any presidents :(. Otherwise the property was ok, we used the bbqs one evening and they were fine. It was cold and windy so we never used the pools, the restaurant seemed to be seldom open so we microwaved what we could. There was a lot of noise starting at 4:30 am which I suspect is when housekeeping staff started vacuuming. Location was excellent within walking distance of the strip. Parking was decent Price was high but to be expected for new years.

We stayed in two units, five in one and three in another. The units were well furnished and spacious, which we appreciated. Very nice and we would absolutely stay here again!

Property was great. Very spacious. Close to Vegas strip. Free shuttle to strip. Beautiful views condo living with hotel amenities.

It had a good amount of space for all of us and it was so nice having a kitchen and living room!

Great location. Beautiful property. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Spent a few days over Labor Day weekend with a few buddies. Top Golf was on our list so it helped that the room was across the street from top golf. Never had any issues trying to get to any place as the location is close to the strip. Room was clean, beds were comfy, everything was great. Would stay there again

Great place to stay

the resort called me 10 days prior to my trip telling me this room was not available for me anymore and said they only had a one bedroom instead and were offering me a 25% refund.. this was extremely frustrating as I had 8 guests with me and we would not be able to fit into a one bedroom.. I ended up recalling and convincing them to give me 2 bedrooms... I mean thats the right thing to give 2 bedrooms when I had already booked a 2. bedroom room and you are the one cancelling on me.. if this had not happened I would have totally given this place 5 stars all of the staff is so nice and accommodating and very clean and definitely a more family friendly style for vegas. they do have shuttles taking you from the resort to Paris but the shuttles stop running at 9:30 and things in vegas do not even really open until 11, so that was sort of pointless. but other then our mishap with this room not being available everything else was great!

The place was great for our family or 7

We had a little scare a few days before when we were notified that our original booking was no longer available. RRP was able to find us other accommodations and it did not disappoint. We were very happy with the replacement. Any cancellation or change can be tough when traveling with family, but it turned out great!

We reserved 2 - 1 rm suites and we were satisffied with our stay. The rooms were clean, very quiet, and the hotel was close to strip and restaurants. I requested a room service cz the bathtub drains very slow thru txt and they responded right away.

I was impressed with the property and the staff except for the van drivers, I found to be a little rude.

Very nice facility, check in was a breeze. It is a timeshare property and you do have the option to decline the tour and free gift. We had 6 in our group and rented the 2 bedroom. King size master bedroom with bathroom and shower. Other bedroom had two double beds. Nice kitchen area and dining area. Couch in living room converted into a queen bed. There is a shuttle to the strip, return back to the hotel ends at 930.

This was an excellent place to stay! We would recommend it to anyone.

We had a great time! Room was as expected, clean functional, modern and upscale without being lavish. Management was responsive to our needs, all staff we interacted with were professional and courteous. We had a couple of minor issues with the room that were taken care of almost immediately and we were there on a very busy weekend (Gold Cup). We stayed for the next week, the kids really enjoyed the pool, the grownups loved the 24hr access to the hot tubs. It’s in a great location close to the strip but far enough removed you didn’t have to listen to it all night. The hotel was surprisingly quiet for being right next to the airport. Grocery shopping was convenient with a Walmart Supercenter being only a 10 min drive. Will definitely stay there again, we are even considering purchasing a timeshare.
