Big house and garden and lovely swimming pool

The cleaning is terrible. Lots of small bugs. My little daughter was bitten during the night sleep.

All was good and the price perfect.

More lights in the garden are needed and also will be a big plus to have something as a portable roof in the garden for when is raining.

The villa is nicely situated on a hill with partial/minimal sea views. The pool (the main reason we rented the villa) was a nice bonus and always clean. The table with chairs and umbrella by the pool were nice. BBQ. Kitchen had plates and glasses, silverware. There is a washer machine if you need it. AC units in each bedroom. The properly management responded every time we called and tried to address the issues to the best of their abilities right away. I do give them credit for that.

The property was very dirty. The explanation offered was that the previous guests left late and there was no time to clean. Only the sheets/towels were changed. The bathrooms barely touched. Refrigerator was disgusting. When we complained, a person was sent over. She tried to clean the kitchen a bit and washed the floors downstairs but there is only so much one can do especially when it is filthy everywhere. She did not even go to any other rooms. You enter the house on the 2 floor. The bedrooms are on 2 and 3 floor, kitchen/living/dining - on the 1st. The bedroom on the 3rd floor is the largest with a huge walk-in closet and the best view but the sliding door to the small balcony did not open so we could not use it. The get to the bedroom you go up a very steep narrow wooden staircase (be careful not to bump your head on the ceiling while doing so). There is no bathroom up there. The bathroom is on the 2nd floor where there are two other bedrooms. Small ones but ok. Both bedrooms have access to an enormous balcony. The balcony is beautiful but there was not a single chair provided to sit and enjoy it, have tea/coffee. One of bedrooms did not have any outlets other than the one taken up by the AC unit. Same bedroom did not have mosquito nets on the window or balcony door. The 4th bedroom is on the first floor with two twin beds and it was the weirdest one - they just decided to block off some space by the dining room and living room/kitchen and make it a bedroom. There is a window looking into the living room! The second bathroom is right off the dining room on the first floor. One hot water heater for the 2 bathrooms, used by people from 4 bedrooms. We regularly run out of hot water. The last bedroom is independent, an add-on to the house with a separate entrance and bathroom/water heater. It would have been nice if it did not feel like a cave.
